This traditional lakeland slate home was seriously outdated and needed completing gutting and refurbishing throughout. The interior is a mixture of Scandinavian, midcentury, contemporary and traditional elements with both bold colours and soft neutrals and quite a few quirky surprises.

Our clients came to us with a desire to completely renovate their master bathroom and enlarge the shower. We were able to double the size of the shower in width by taking space from an adjacent room. By not including a shower door, we were able to maximize the full potential of the space. An off set vanity bowl allowed us to provided four functional drawers for plenty of storage. Using a lighter tile in the shower and the floor we were able to create an interesting contrast in the vanity and granite. A mid-century modern bathroom renovation to suit the existing character of the house. The client's goals were to improve the function and spacing of the bathroom while adding modern fixtures and materials. The clients were drawn to the colour green, so softer and warmer tones and colours such as warm brushed nickel and timber have been added to bring unity throughout the room.

Our clients priority was to have a more functional bathroom & optimize storage. See our project scope: -Change the tub faucet location, before they had to “jump” over it to get in and out the tub. -Change the shower head to a handheld spray. -New ceiling recessed lights layout -Add a LED Mirror and Wall Sconces -Floor Heating System -Towel Warmer -Quartz/Solid Surface Tub Deck and Shower Bench -Add a Shampoo Niche -Linear Shower Drain -Custom Floating Vanity w/ (2) Towers for additional storage and convenient access to skin care and daily used products. -Wall Mounted Faucets to clear up vanity space. -Exhaust Fan w/ Bluetooth Speaker And more.
