This Custom Home by Orlando Custom Home Builder Jorge Ulibarri features a Tuscan-inspired kitchen that draws its character from its ceiling treatment of undulating barrels, beams and travertine stone insets. A bi-level kitchen island double tasks as the breakfast bar and a work area with stainless appliances to make it modern and of the moment yet in character with rustic accents such as the copper farmhouse sink and decorative copper insets. Gabe purchased the House from a builder and found many inadequacies, including a cheap hollow core, Pantry door with his expensive cherry cabinets. After searching for something special, we decided to design and have a door custom made. The end result was so note worthy as it looked like it belonged there, few commented until we pointed out that it was in fact new. I did my job!

Spectacular unobstructed views of the Bay, Bridge, Alcatraz, San Francisco skyline and the rolling hills of Marin greet you from almost every window of this stunning Provençal Villa located in the acclaimed Middle Ridge neighborhood of Mill Valley. Built in 2000, this exclusive 5 bedroom, 5+ bath estate was thoughtfully designed by architect Jorge de Quesada to provide a classically elegant backdrop for today’s active lifestyle. Perfectly positioned on over half an acre with flat lawns and an award winning garden there is unmatched sense of privacy just minutes from the shops and restaurants of downtown Mill Valley. This beautiful beach house is accented with a combination of Coronado Stone veneer products. The rustic blend of stone veneer shapes and sizes, along with the projects rich earthy hues allow the architect to seamlessly tie the interior and exterior spaces together.
