We have done several projects with Brad and The Husserl Group over the last 2+ years. He has always been professional and very easy to work with. If you want your dream home, living space, bedroom, elevation of your home, backyard, outdoor kitchen...basically anything you dream of made into a reality, then contract Brad! I have worked with Brad on many projects and most recently my dream beach home. We loved working with Brad, he is efficient, listens and is open to blending your ideas with his creative touches! You won't be disappointed I promise.

Brad was great to work with and turned my ideas into a reality but he also added a lot of his own ideas to make the home more than first class. We also worked through a lot of major design issues together due to the available lot space. It was impressive how we could come up with innovative solutions that we could agree on, and still make the house very livable and still beautiful. Every time I'm in my yard I see people stopping just to look at my home. Brad worked on an hourly basis and did not nickle and dime me, so the cost was quite reasonable. My interior designer ended up costing me more than his architect services. He also worked well with my contractor, surveyor and the authorities in Clearwater. I highly recommend Brad and the Husserl Group. I couldn't be happier with them.

コメント：Beam color?Hi WalkerRanch, I would contact Tampa Bay Millworks & Home Design Center as they were the company that manufactured and finished the wood ceiling beams for this project..I do not still have that ...

コメント：What material are the floors? They are beautiful.Hi Crossbreeze...I agree, I really like the flooring that was installed in this home. Although I do not have exact specs on the final flooring selections, I do know that it is a Travertine with eased...

コメント：What kind of wood are the cabinets and what color is the stain?Maple cabinets..to the best of my knowledge..Early American stain..but I would have to double check the final stain selection with owner to confirm.
