The lush landscaping seen in the oversized windows was used as a backdrop for each space working well with the natural stone flooring in various tan shades. The smoked glass, lux fabrics in gray tones, and simple lines of the anchor furniture pieces add a contemporary richness to the design. While the organic art pieces and fixtures are a compliment to the tropical surroundings. Earth tones were used in this room to enhance the views of lush colorful landscaping seen through the soaring windows on every wall. This living room included installation of fireplace with brick surround, wall mounted lighting, travertine tiles for wall and floors, recessed lighting, glass windows and sliding glass doors.

This was a such a fun project, A quick flip took about 20 days total, from the time the tenants moved out to the time we had these pictures taken. Nothing major had to be done, we refinished the cabinets in the kitchen, bathroom and landing at the top of the stairs. We had the floors refinished, and all the HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing was thoroughly inspected and gone through, the pool and equipment, the lighting fixtures were updated, new garage flooring, and new paint on the interior and exterior. Its great to get in and get out of projects like this.
