In the divide between the kitchen and family room, we built storage into the buffet. We applied moulding to the columns for an updated and clean look. Sleek and contemporary, this beautiful home is located in Villanova, PA. Blue, white and gold are the palette of this transitional design. With custom touches and an emphasis on flow and an open floor plan, the renovation included the kitchen, family room, butler’s pantry, mudroom, two powder rooms and floors. The original fireplace mantel was lowered to match the height of the bookshelves. Bright turquoise tile from Mission Tile West is set off by one original deco tile. Furnishing blend mid-century pieces, including a vintage Lane coffee table and Knoll Saarinen tulip side tables, with vintage slipper chairs, and colorful eclectic accessories. A pink Moroccan lilim rug ties it all together.

The palette for this riverfront condo is grounded in natural wood textures and green plants that allow for a playful tension that feels both fresh and eclectic in a metropolitan setting. The high-rise unit boasts a long terrace with a western exposure that we outfitted with custom Lexington outdoor furniture distinct in its finishes and balance between fun and sophistication.
