A lower level family room is bathed in light from the southern lake exposure. A custom stone blend was used on the fireplace. The wood paneling was reclaimed from the original cottage on the property. Criss craft pattern fabric was used to reupholster an antique wing back chair. Collected antiques and fun accessories like the paddles help reenforce the lakeside design.

Practically every aspect of this home was worked on by the time we completed remodeling this Geneva lakefront property. We added an addition on top of the house in order to make space for a lofted bunk room and bathroom with tiled shower, which allowed additional accommodations for visiting guests. This house also boasts five beautiful bedrooms including the redesigned master bedroom on the second level. The main floor has an open concept floor plan that allows our clients and their guests to see the lake from the moment they walk in the door. It is comprised of a large gourmet kitchen, living room, and home bar area, which share white and gray color tones that provide added brightness to the space. The level is finished with laminated vinyl plank flooring to add a classic feel with modern technology. When looking at the exterior of the house, the results are evident at a single glance. We changed the siding from yellow to gray, which gave the home a modern, classy feel. The deck was also redone with composite wood decking and cable railings. This completed the classic lake feel our clients were hoping for. When the project was completed, we were thrilled with the results!

This Italian Masterpiece features a beautifully decorated living room with neutral tones. A beige sectional sofa sits in the center facing the built-in fireplace. A crystal chandelier hangs from the custom coffered ceiling.

For this condo renovation, Pineapple House handled the decor and all the interior architecture. This included designing every wall and ceiling -- beams, coffers, drapery pockets -- and determining all floor and tile patterns. Pineapple House included energy efficient lighting, as well as integrated linear heating and air vents. This view shows the new single room that resulted after designers removed the sliding glass doors and wall to the home's shallow porch. COUNTRY HOUSE INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT We were thrilled to be asked to provide our full interior design service for this luxury new-build country house, deep in the heart of the Lincolnshire hills. Our client approached us as soon as his offer had been accepted on the property – the year before it was due to be finished. This was ideal, as it meant we could be involved in some important decisions regarding the interior architecture. Most importantly, we were able to input into the design of the kitchen and the state-of-the-art lighting and automation system. This beautiful country house now boasts an ambitious, eclectic array of design styles and flavours. Some of the rooms are intended to be more neutral and practical for every-day use. While in other areas, Tim has injected plenty of drama through his signature use of colour, statement pieces and glamorous artwork. FORMULATING THE DESIGN BRIEF At the initial briefing stage, our client came to the table with a head full of ideas. Potential themes and styles to incorporate – thoughts on how each room might look and feel. As always, Tim listened closely. Ideas were brainstormed and explored; requirements carefully talked through. Tim then formulated a tight brief for us all to agree on before embarking on the designs. METROPOLIS MEETS RADIO GAGA GRANDEUR Two areas of special importance to our client were the grand, double-height entrance hall and the formal drawing room. The brief we settled on for the hall was Metropolis – Battersea Power Station – Radio Gaga Grandeur. And for the drawing room: James Bond’s drawing room where French antiques meet strong, metallic engineered Art Deco pieces. The other rooms had equally stimulating design briefs, which Tim and his team responded to with the same level of enthusiasm.

The focus wall is designed with lighted shelving and a linear electric fireplace. It includes popular shiplap behind the flat screen tv. The custom molding is the crowning touch. The mirror in the dining room was also created to reflect all the beautiful things

The simple yet elegant TV/entertainment wall has been designed with utmost attention to detail. Integrating a 5.1.1 home theatre sound system along with a 75" wall mount LED TV into the design where it does not look like cluttered with a lot of tech gadgets and elements of the sound system and also to conceal all the wiring system. So this design was curated keeping all the aspects in mind where everything looks as part of the design and fits together seamlessly like a glove.
