We worked on a complete remodel of this home. We modified the entire floor plan as well as stripped the home down to drywall and wood studs. All finishes are new, including a brand new kitchen that was the previous living room.

This family home was overwhelmed by oversized furniture, floor to ceiling storage units filled with clutter, piles of storage boxes, dark walls, and an overall feeling of disorganization. Of the many hurdles we tackled was pairing down the oversized furniture pieces and removing many of the large shelving units, a massive decluttering and organizational effort, lightening the dark walls, and then bringing in artwork and accessories to add character to the otherwise plain space.

Dans le mythique quartier Lamarck-Caulaincourt, ce joli appartement situé au 4ème étage offrait de très belles bases : un beau parquet, de magnifiques moulures, une belle distribution le tout baigné de lumière. J’ai simplement aidé les propriétaires à dénicher de belles pièces de mobilier, des accessoires colorés, des luminaires élégants et le tour est joué !

We completely updated this home from the outside to the inside. Every room was touched because the owner wanted to make it very sell-able. Our job was to lighten, brighten and do as many updates as we could on a shoe string budget. We started with the outside and we cleared the lakefront so that the lakefront view was open to the house. We also trimmed the large trees in the front and really opened the house up, before we painted the home and freshen up the landscaping. Inside we painted the house in a white duck color and updated the existing wood trim to a modern white color. We also installed shiplap on the TV wall and white washed the existing Fireplace brick. We installed lighting over the kitchen soffit as well as updated the can lighting. We then updated all 3 bathrooms. We finished it off with custom barn doors in the newly created office as well as the master bedroom. We completed the look with custom furniture!

Le sur-mesure et le vert à l'honneur. Nous avons rénové cet appartement pour un couple sans enfant. Ce chantier a demandé 8 menuiseries, toutes sur-mesure (SDB, cuisine, verrière).

We designed this apartment for a couple who had just moved into a Hoboken rental for a one year term. Our goal was to create a bright and airy space that was inviting quickly and on a budget. Homewings designer Francesco created a beautiful scandi living space for Hsiu. The room is an open plan kitchen/living area so it was important to create segments within the space. The cost effective ikea rug frames the seating area perfectly and the Marks and Spencer knitted pouffe is multi functional as a foot rest and spare seat. KRS Have you ever dreamt about your pie in the sky home? Well I have! That is, our wonderful client’s dream home. It includes a place with 72-degree weather everyday, a wondrous view of a harbor, a walkable city & with clean, modern accommodations. And voilà… a penthouse flat in downtown San Diego by the bay. We stripped away the cheap 80’s rental finishes, opened things up to bring in the sunshine, added new flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, a fireplace refresh and modern furniture for a little slice of heaven and comfort. Don't tell anyone, but there’s even a Lazy Boy chair in there!

For the Parlor, we did a beautiful yellow; the color just glows with warmth; gray on the walls, green rug and red cabinetry makes this one of the most playful rooms I have ever done. We used red cabinetry for TV and office components. And placed them on the wall so the cats can climb up and around the room and red shelving on one wall for the cat walk and on the other cabinet with COM Fabric that have cut outs for the cats to go up and down and also storage.
