Modern rustic timber framed great room serves as the main level dining room, living room and television viewing area. Beautiful vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams and paneled ceiling. We helped build this retreat in an exclusive Florida country club that is focused on golfing and socializing. At the home’s core is the living room. Its entire wall of glass panels stack back, which creates a full integration of the home with the outdoors. The home’s veranda makes the indoor/outdoor transition seamless. It features a bar and illuminated amethyst display, and shares the same shell stone floor that is used throughout the interiors. We placed retractable screens in its exterior headers, which keeps fresh air, not insects, circulating when needed. A Bonisolli Photography

Open plan living, kitchen and dining with catwalk at the upper level make for a very unique space. Contemporary furniture selections and finishes that bling went into every detail. Vaulted ceilings with gloss finish applied to wood stain. Walnut stained cabinets mixed with high gloss white lacquer.

Living, uno spazio ampio che accoglie la cucina a vista con penisola, la zona pranzo con un grande tavolo e il salotto. L'ambiente, con un soffitto molto alto con travi in legno bianche, è illuminato da grandi finestre.

Démolition et reconstruction d'un immeuble dans le centre historique de Castellammare del Golfo composé de petits appartements confortables où vous pourrez passer vos vacances. L'idée était de conserver l'aspect architectural avec un goût historique actuel mais en le reproposant dans une tonalité moderne.Des matériaux précieux ont été utilisés, tels que du parquet en bambou pour le sol, du marbre pour les salles de bains et le hall d'entrée, un escalier métallique avec des marches en bois et des couloirs en marbre, des luminaires encastrés ou suspendus, des boiserie sur les murs des chambres et dans les couloirs, des dressings ouverte, portes intérieures en laque mate avec une couleur raffinée, fenêtres en bois, meubles sur mesure, mini-piscines et mobilier d'extérieur. Chaque étage se distingue par la couleur, l'ameublement et les accessoires d'ameublement. Tout est contrôlé par l'utilisation de la domotique. Un projet de design d'intérieur avec un design unique qui a permis d'obtenir des appartements de luxe.

I love this photograph. Not only showcases the beautiful quartzite on the islandbut captures the flow into the dining room and family room. The focal point of this room is the beautiful venetian plastered fireplace with the led lit floating shelves flanked on each side. Of course, I didn’t want an empty wall so why not add three gold sconces and the gorgeous bubble gold chandelier
