White, gold and almost black are used in this very large, traditional remodel of an original Landry Group Home, filled with contemporary furniture, modern art and decor. White painted moldings on walls and ceilings, combined with black stained wide plank wood flooring. Very grand spaces, including living room, family room, dining room and music room feature hand knotted rugs in modern light grey, gold and black free form styles. All large rooms, including the master suite, feature white painted fireplace surrounds in carved moldings. Music room is stunning in black venetian plaster and carved white details on the ceiling with burgandy velvet upholstered chairs and a burgandy accented Baccarat Crystal chandelier. All lighting throughout the home, including the stairwell and extra large dining room hold Baccarat lighting fixtures. Master suite is composed of his and her baths, a sitting room divided from the master bedroom by beautiful carved white doors. Guest house shows arched white french doors, ornate gold mirror, and carved crown moldings. All the spaces are comfortable and cozy with warm, soft textures throughout. Reflections The movement and texture on our panel wall collection changed our perspective of cast stone as a decorative surface. Chiseled, scrapped and molded, the stone surfaces shift from one texture to another in an almost lyrical fashion, creating visual interest that changes with the play of light and shadow. This subtle elegance is a great complement to modern and contemporary spaces

This exclusive guest home features excellent and easy to use technology throughout. The idea and purpose of this guesthouse is to host multiple charity events, sporting event parties, and family gatherings. The roughly 90-acre site has impressive views and is a one of a kind property in Colorado. The project features incredible sounding audio and 4k video distributed throughout (inside and outside). There is centralized lighting control both indoors and outdoors, an enterprise Wi-Fi network, HD surveillance, and a state of the art Crestron control system utilizing iPads and in-wall touch panels. Some of the special features of the facility is a powerful and sophisticated QSC Line Array audio system in the Great Hall, Sony and Crestron 4k Video throughout, a large outdoor audio system featuring in ground hidden subwoofers by Sonance surrounding the pool, and smart LED lighting inside the gorgeous infinity pool. The living room area of the home is delineated by a custom rug, cobalt blue linen sofa and two swivel chairs. Platner side tables flank the sofa, with a walnut and stainless steel coffee table. The walnut and stainless steel modular shelving unit houses the homeowners collectibles and books.

From the entrance of the home, a view to the dining room, family room and kitchen. Saarinen Executive side chairs surround a walnut dining table. Walnut accents are also seen in the entry table and legs of the barstools. A custom gray sectional sofa in the family room area is a cozy spot for relaxing with family.

I attacked this remodel by designing the ceiling plan. lighting, creating intimacy and purpose in each space and through colors in furnishings.
