The cost of the project was £35k per apartment and it included top of the line soundproofing of floors and walla, adding balconies, new kitchen, bathroom, plumbing, electrics, new hardwood double glazed sash windows to front and new double glazed aluminum windows at the back of the building, fire regs, building regs, plastering, flooring and a lot of other stuff.

Lo spazio principale dell'abitazione accoglie tutte le principali funzioni senza che queste siano separate l'una dall'altra per valorizzare al contempo la struttura del tetto in legno a vista e lo stare insieme.
Le sedie a slitta bianche e il tavolo di Desalto con effetto cemento caratterizzano la zona pranzo. Sgabelli a slitta bianchi della stessa serie delle sedie permettono di utilizzare il bancone colazione per un pasto veloce.
Il frontale del bancone è rivestito con piastrelle di gres effetto pietra come la parete di fondo su cui si attesta la cucina, il tutto per sottolineare che questi elementi fanno parte della zona "cucina". Sopra il bancone le lampade di Flos in cemento provvedono ad illuminare direttamente l'isola della cucina mentre sul tavolo una lampada realizzata su disegno dello studio è composta da un legno antico su cui sono stati avvolti dei lunghi cavi che terminano con dei semplici portalampada in alluminio con lampadine a filamento.
