Working with Racing Green has been an incredible experience from start to (almost) finish! Their wonderful team are currently finishing up the new construction of our Malibu residence, in the Malibu Hills after 14 months of construction. The home is set over 12,500sf and comprises of a main residence and guest house, both of modern, contemporary, new construction. We chose Racing Green for a number of reasons, the first is that the owner, Dougal, is a well known local Malibu developer, and the fact that he has over 30 construction staff on payroll meant we knew his crews were trustworthy and reliable. We’ve had homes built before by others and one of the bigger issues we faced was getting subs scheduled and back on site for corrections and touch ups, with Racing Green we had guys back on site the same day (or the very next day) to iron out issues and push the project forward. Their attention to detail and design knowledge has been really helpful throughout the process and we’re very happy with our decision to have hired them to build what we hope will be our forever home!

Dougal, Jason, and their crew did an excellent job on our bathroom renovation. We did a complete overhaul of the bathroom, including knocking down walls, moving the doorway, laying all new tile, fixtures, etc. and adding a bathtub. The quality of the work done by the Racing Green team is superb; they are true professionals and very detail oriented. The quality of their work was much higher than the work of other contractors we've used before. I highly recommend them and hope to use them again myself for future projects!

Racing Green was an absolute pleasure to work with on my extensive home remodel. Dougal was my main point of contact during our 7 month long renovation starting January 2019 through August 2019. He was always honest and very responsive to any questions; I don't think I ever had to wait more than 30 minutes for a reply. His foremen at my house were polite and respectful towards my home, and always tried to keep construction mess to a minimum. On top of all that, the quality of their work was impeccable, and Dougal was so accommodating about additional touch ups I had missed during our final walk through. Honestly I have zero complaints about Racing Green's entire operations. I would 150% recommend.

Balcony Waterproofing & Repair | PERFECT CONTRACTORS We were told by our HOA that our balcony was leaking and we needed to repair it immediately. To the rescue Racing Green Home Services! Right in the middle of the Christmas season, we needed an expert to bid on, work on and finish our balcony with the approval of the HOA. Dougal and Jonathan came with their team to assess the issue and gave us a very reasonable quote for all the work that needed to be done. The team was meticulous to every detail. The demo was easy and hassle-free. The team made certain to keep the area clean and safe. They replaced and reinforced weather worn structure, and applied a new hot mop. New tiles were placed, grouted and sealed. The team even painted the surrounding stucco wall so that the balcony looked spectacular. His team is very well managed and skilled and because they don't sub most of the work out there is one person guiding the project from start to finish, which is SUPER valuable. His bids are fair and he really tries to limit the change order process when small modifications are made during construction. Racing Green is one of those rare general contractors in LA that you can COMPLETELY trust to do great work in a timely manner. I hired them to renovate my home in Toluca Lake (after a former contractor walked off the job). Racing Green came in and picked up where the other group quit. They were extremely professional and great to work with. Some of the projects they completed for me were flooring, drywall, lighting, underpinning, and plumbing. They did a great job on everything and for a reasonable price. I am tremendously grateful for them coming in and saving the day. I have worked with them since and I will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend their services for any household renovation or construction projects you might need.
