We staged this model condo to demonstrate that although the space is small and manageable for a retired couple, it is functional and suitable for entertaining and visiting family.

In this small space, I wanted to create a seating area that would still give homeowners floor space. I also needed to include a television in the space since it is the only entertainment area.

This sophisticated custom living room features a modern glam style, anchored by a light and airy color palette that is beautifully contrasted by rich dark wood floors and beams. From assistance with selections for their gorgeous new construction home to help with furniture and accessories once construction was complete, our team worked with the homeowners to incorporate luxe finishes with modern touches that add a sleek yet inviting sense of elegance, bringing a subtle yet impactful “wow” factor to the entire home.

The new custom man made limestone fireplace surround was sized to retain the existing wood raised wall panelist. The French Country charm is a functional design with a classic traditional feel making the room more inviting and welcoming. Its clean lines and neutral color compliments the room.

We redesigned this livingroom with a more contemporary design style with a few custom pieces to complete the look. New furnishings throughout with new custom wall to wall carpeting, to create a beautiful foundation. We added this gorgeous porcelain tile fireplace facade with complementary hearth. This beautiful custom designed/built mantle by Total Home was a gorgeous addition to this facade as it adds some warmth and grounds the fireplace overall. All the original art was reframed for a more modern look. We updated the paint colours and window treatment, and painted the railing black.
