Denver Colorado Residence Loft Style LIVING ROOM

Interior Designer Rebecca Robeson designed this downtown loft to reflect the homeowners LOVE FOR THE LOFT! With an energetic look on life, this homeowner wanted a high-quality home with casual sensibility. Comfort and easy maintenance were high on the list... Rebecca and team went to work transforming this 2,000-sq. ft. condo in a record 6 months. The team at Robeson Design on executed Rebecca's vision to insure every detail was built to perfection. 18 linear feet of seating is provided by this super comfortable sectional sofa. 4 small benches with tufted distressed leather tops form together to make one large coffee table but are mobile for the user's needs. Harvest colored velvet pillows tossed about create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Perhaps the favorite elements in this Loft Living Room are the multi hide patchwork rug and the spectacular 72" round light fixture that hangs unassumingly over the seating area. The project was completed on time and the homeowners are thrilled... And it didn't hurt that the ball field was the awesome view out the Living Room window. In this home, all of the window treatments, built-in cabinetry and many of the furniture pieces, are custom designs by Interior Designer Rebecca Robeson made specifically for this project. This residence pays homage to its Victorian heritage while elevating both its aesthetic and practical appeal for modern living. Nestled within these walls is a young family, comprising a couple and their newborn. A comprehensive back-to-brick renovation has transformed every room, shaping the flat into a beautiful and functional haven for family life. The thoughtful redesign encompasses a side return extension, a modernized kitchen, inviting bedrooms, an upgraded bathroom, a welcoming hallway, and a charming city courtyard garden. The kitchen has become the heart of this home, where an open plan kitchen and living room seamlessly integrate, expanding the footprint to include an extra bedroom. The clients love of dark woods was carried into the living space with a gold and cork vinyl wallcovering creating the backdrop of an 85" television. The built in, faux finished, storage unit below the television contains a drawer with a mesh front to house a subwoofer. The sofa is upholstered in a combination of leather and upsholtery. A wood top slides from side to side on our custom ottoman.

В этой необычной квартире была весьма оригинальная планировка - закругленные наружные стены, четыре колонны в гостиной. В ходе эскизной работы было принято решение широко использовать дерево в отделке. Декоратором были спроектированы столярные изделия: стеновые панели, двери и порталы, кухня, гардеробные комнаты, тумбы в санузлах, а также книжные, обеденный, рабочий и журнальные столы. Изделия изготовили наши столяры. Для пола был выбран массив дуба. Специально для этой квартиры были написаны картины московской художницей Ольгой Абрамовой. Ремонт был завершен за 9 месяцев, а сейчас квартира радует хозяев продуманным гармоничным пространством. Подробный отчет о проекте опубликован в сентябрьском номере Мезонин (09/2014 №164 стр. 70-79)

おしゃれなリビングのインテリアとは？
