This expansive Great Room opens off of the front foyer and leads into either the Formal Dining Room or Kitchen. Bathed in light through the full height windows this ample room features a stone fireplace with raised hearth and recessed TV nook clad with matching stone. The TV wall is emphasized with stunning full height wood trim and crown molding.

Custom craftsmanship and distinctive detailing give this lakefront residence its vintage flavor while an open and light-filled floor plan clearly mark it as contemporary. Our client is a pilot and world traveler. She wanted her space to feel elegant and comfortable so she can really relax between work. We were inspired by British Colonial decor and layered some neutral textures and fabrics to make it feel more contemporary and comfortable. How gorgeous is this fan?! And it even looks like a propeller - it fit perfectly!

Positioned at the base of Camelback Mountain this hacienda is muy caliente! Designed for dear friends from New York, this home was carefully extracted from the Mrs’ mind. She had a clear vision for a modern hacienda. Mirroring the clients, this house is both bold and colorful. The central focus was hospitality, outdoor living, and soaking up the amazing views. Full of amazing destinations connected with a curving circulation gallery, this hacienda includes water features, game rooms, nooks, and crannies all adorned with texture and color. This house has a bold identity and a warm embrace. It was a joy to design for these long-time friends, and we wish them many happy years at Hacienda Del Sueño. This penthouse apartment has glorious 270-degree views, and when we engaged to complete the extensive renovation, we knew that this apartment would be a visual masterpiece once finished. So we took inspiration from the colours featuring in many of their art pieces, which we bought into the kitchen colour, soft furnishings and wallpaper. We kept the bathrooms a more muted palette using a pale green on the cabinetry. The MC Lozza dining table, custom-designed wall units and make-up area added uniqueness to this space.

The club room features paneled ceilings, a linear fireplace, recessed flat screen TV, 8 foot sliding glass doors, carpeting, and a marble bar top. Custom home built by Robelen Hanna Homes.
