Transitional laundry room with a mudroom included in it. The stackable washer and dryer allowed for there to be a large closet for cleaning supplies with an outlet in it for the electric broom. The clean white counters allow the tile and cabinet color to stand out and be the showpiece in the room!

The laundry room is crafted with beauty and function in mind. Its custom cabinets, drying racks, and little sitting desk are dressed in a gorgeous sage green and accented with hints of brass. Pretty mosaic backsplash from Stone Impressions give the room and antiqued, casual feel.

Home to a large family, the brief for this laundry in Brighton was to incorporate as much storage space as possible. Our in-house Interior Designer, Jeyda has created a galley style laundry with ample storage without having to compromise on style.

This new home was designed to nestle quietly into the rich landscape of rolling pastures and striking mountain views. A wrap around front porch forms a facade that welcomes visitors and hearkens to a time when front porch living was all the entertainment a family needed. White lap siding coupled with a galvanized metal roof and contrasting pops of warmth from the stained door and earthen brick, give this home a timeless feel and classic farmhouse style. The story and a half home has 3 bedrooms and two and half baths. The master suite is located on the main level with two bedrooms and a loft office on the upper level. A beautiful open concept with traditional scale and detailing gives the home historic character and charm. Transom lites, perfectly sized windows, a central foyer with open stair and wide plank heart pine flooring all help to add to the nostalgic feel of this young home. White walls, shiplap details, quartz counters, shaker cabinets, simple trim designs, an abundance of natural light and carefully designed artificial lighting make modest spaces feel large and lend to the homeowner's delight in their new custom home. Making the best use of existing spaces was the challenge in this project. The laundry has been placed in what once was a porte cochere, an open area with arched openings that provided an undercover place for the carriage to drop the owners at a side door, on its way through to the stables. A copse green shaker kitchen with oak and copper elements throughout. This kitchen features a secret utility area with washer, dryer and boiler all covered by the furniture. The large worktop standing boiler cabinet is divided into sections to create a more functional storage space.

Two pullout hampers were incorporated into the base cabinet storage in this laundry room. Sea grass paint was chosen for the cabinets and topped with a marble countertop.

This laundry room is the thing dreams are made of. When finishing a basement, often much of the original storage space gets used up in finished areas. We remedied this with plenty of built-in storage for everything from wrapping paper to cleaning supplies. The cabinets include a dirty laundry drawer and pantry to accommodate a clothes steamer.
