Green/grey contoured wood cabinets keep it fun, and laminate counters with an integrated undermount stainless sink keep it functional and cute. Wallpaper throughout the room and patterned luxury vinyl floor makes the room just a little more fun.

Home to a large family, the brief for this laundry in Brighton was to incorporate as much storage space as possible. Our in-house Interior Designer, Jeyda has created a galley style laundry with ample storage without having to compromise on style.

A small, yet highly functional utility room was thoughtfully designed in order to maximise the space in this compact area. Double-height units were introduced to make the most of the utility room, offering ample storage options without compromising on style and practicality.

A soft seafoam green is used in this Woodways laundry room. This helps to connect the cabinetry to the flooring as well as add a simple element of color into the more neutral space. A built in unit for the washer and dryer allows for basket storage below for easy transfer of laundry. A small counter at the end of the wall serves as an area for folding and hanging clothes when needed.

This new home was designed to nestle quietly into the rich landscape of rolling pastures and striking mountain views. A wrap around front porch forms a facade that welcomes visitors and hearkens to a time when front porch living was all the entertainment a family needed. White lap siding coupled with a galvanized metal roof and contrasting pops of warmth from the stained door and earthen brick, give this home a timeless feel and classic farmhouse style. The story and a half home has 3 bedrooms and two and half baths. The master suite is located on the main level with two bedrooms and a loft office on the upper level. A beautiful open concept with traditional scale and detailing gives the home historic character and charm. Transom lites, perfectly sized windows, a central foyer with open stair and wide plank heart pine flooring all help to add to the nostalgic feel of this young home. White walls, shiplap details, quartz counters, shaker cabinets, simple trim designs, an abundance of natural light and carefully designed artificial lighting make modest spaces feel large and lend to the homeowner's delight in their new custom home. The laundry room / mudroom in this updated 1940's Custom Cape Ranch features a Custom Millwork mudroom closet and shaker cabinets. The classically detailed arched doorways and original wainscot paneling in the living room, dining room, stair hall and bedrooms were kept and refinished, as were the many original red brick fireplaces found in most rooms. These and other Traditional features were kept to balance the contemporary renovations resulting in a Transitional style throughout the home. Large windows and French doors were added to allow ample natural light to enter the home. The mainly white interior enhances this light and brightens a previously dark home. Architect: T.J. The laundry room is crafted with beauty and function in mind. Its custom cabinets, drying racks, and little sitting desk are dressed in a gorgeous sage green and accented with hints of brass. Pretty mosaic backsplash from Stone Impressions give the room and antiqued, casual feel.

This reconfiguration project was a classic case of rooms not fit for purpose, with the back door leading directly into a home-office (not very productive when the family are in and out), so we reconfigured the spaces and the office became a utility room. The area was kept tidy and clean with inbuilt cupboards, stacking the washer and tumble drier to save space. The Belfast sink was saved from the old utility room and complemented with beautiful Victorian-style mosaic flooring. Now the family can kick off their boots and hang up their coats at the back door without muddying the house up!
