Located just off the carport, this multi-purpose laundry room not only doubles as prep space for catering crews, it works for year-round package wrapping on the quartz island countertop. I designed long drawers on one side to hold rolls of wrapping paper and I added convenient baskets on the side facing the washer and dryer for sorting laundry. This pantry was designed and made for a Georgian house near Bath. The client and the interior designers decided to take inspiration from the original Georgian doors and panelling for the style of the kitchen and the pantry. This is a classic English country pantry with a modern twist. In the centre of the tall cupboards are two integrated larder units. The rest of the cupboards are organised for laundry, cleaning and other household requirements. Designed and hand built by Tim Wood

A challenging building envelope made for some creative space planning and solutions to this contemporary Tuscan home. The symmetry of the front elevation adds drama to the Entry focal point. Expansive windows enhances the beautiful views of the valley and Pinnacle Peak. The dramatic rock outcroppings of the hillside behind the home makes for an unsurpassed tranquil retreat.

We built a dream home on this 1.4 acre lot in beautiful Paradise Valley. The property boasts breathtaking Mummy Mountain views from the back and Scottsdale Mountain views from the front. There are so few properties that enjoy the spectacular views this home has to offer.

The ambitious reconfiguration of the first floor brought forth a remarkable transformation, shaping a space that seamlessly blends convenience and modern aesthetics. Walls were expertly repurposed to carve out a generous, open kitchen adorned with a sprawling island, becoming the vibrant heart of the home. This culinary haven, complete with ample seating, serves as a gathering point for cherished moments. Adjacent stands a walk-in pantry and a thoughtfully integrated laundry room, offering practicality without compromising elegance. Abundant shelving adorns the walls and island, creating a sanctuary for books and treasured items, while cleverly concealed storage solutions ensure a clutter-free environment. An expanded powder bath with the addition of a shower and tub is now conveniently connected to the guest room with a hallway entrance as well for easy access. This reimagined layout not only maximizes functionality but also breathes new life into the home, fostering an inviting and harmonious living space for both relaxation and entertainment.
