Designed by Bilotta’s Tom Vecchio with Samantha Drew Interiors, this traditional two-toned kitchen features Rutt Handcrafted Cabinetry in a warm mix of Benjamin Moore’s Cloud White paint and cherry with a stain. The expansive space is perfect for a large family that hosts a great deal of guests. The 15’ wide sink wall features a 36” wide farm house sink situated in front of a large window, offering plenty of light, and is flanked by a double pull-out trash and “knock-to-open” Miele dishwasher. At the opposite end of the room a banquette sits in front of another sunny window and comfortably seats eight people. In between the sink wall and banquette sits a 9’ long island which seats another four people and houses both a second dishwasher and a hidden charging station for phones and computers. The countertops on both the island and perimeter are polished Biano Rhino Marble and the backsplash is a handmade subway tile from Southampton Masonry. The flooring, also from Southampton Masonry, is a Silver Travertine – coupled with all of the other finishes the room gives off a serene, coastal feeling. The hardware, in a polished chrome finish, is from Cliffside; the sink and faucet from Rohl. The dining table, seating and decorative lighting is all from Samantha Drew Interiors in East Setauket, NY. The appliances, most of which are fully integrated with custom wood panels (including the 72” worth of refrigeration!), are by Viking, except for the custom metal hood. The window treatments, which are operated electronically for easy opening and closing, are also by Samantha Drew Interiors using Romo Fabrics. A large dark stained maple island has room for six. Inset cabinets were used in this tudor home. Traditional arched mullions were incorporated to break up the long wall of cabinetry. A custom wood hood was created to provide display space as well as house the metal wolf pro liner. Beadboard was used on the back of the glass cabinets to add a little more detail and interest.

Kiss the Cook. This elegant mix of transitional and modern sits up in the Hills of Anaheim capturing the views and breezes that encompass this elegant kitchen. The full remodel of the once dark kitchen was transformed to be light and bright and evokes all the senses for this family of 5. With a new walk in pantry we built to store all the essentials, as well as a hidden appliance cabinet under the microwave. We also designed and built the custom hood that is the centerpiece to the design, along with the striking mixed stone tile that was imported from Italy. The large island is one complete slab that sits on top of our custom island that has storage all the way around so that everything has its place. The design was one for entertaining with ease and a place to gather as a family. The desk area is great for business or school and the custom pulls from Top Knobs finishes off the custom cabinet designed and built by our Firm. We incorporated a bar/ beverage area so that serving guest is easily done between the kitchen and dining room. Every detail from lighting to tile, to how flowing through the kitchen and space was considered within this custom kitchen.

This kitchen was reconfigured and enlarged by omitting an existing hall way and adding it to the square footage.

Utensil pullout was incorporated on the left hand side of the 48" dual fuel range. On the right hand side is a custom pullout with pot holder storage in the top drawer and an adjustable shelf in the middle.

This transitional design was custom built for the entertainment needs of the client. The expansive kitchen has ample counter and storage space while incorporating the use of two different natural stones: Quartz for the counter tops and Onyx for the back splash, island and as a translucent decorative wall feature behind the built in bar.

An amazing view of the Texas Hill Country through these kitchen windows. New Quartz Counter Tops in Cambria Torquay, DVX Farmhouse sink and Delta Faucet sets the tone of this kitchen. Brushed Nickel Hardware dresses up the cabinets. A welcoming kitchen anytime of the day
