Before making a decision about moving, they called Amos at ALL Renovation & Design to create a remodeling plan. Amos guided them through two basic questions: “What would their ideal home look like?” And then: “What would it take to make it happen?” To help with the first question, Amos brought in Ambience by Adair as the interior designer for the project. Amos and Adair presented a design that, if acted upon, would transform their entire first floor into their dream space. The plan included a completely new kitchen with an efficient layout. The style of the dining room would change to match the décor of antique family heirlooms which they hoped to finally enjoy. Elegant crown molding would give the office a face-lift. And to cut down cost, they would keep the existing hardwood floors. Amos and Adair presented a clear picture of what it would take to transform the space into a comfortable, functional living area, within the Deistel’s reasonable budget. That way, they could make an informed decision about investing in their current property versus moving. The Deistel’s decided to move ahead with the remodel. The ALL Renovation & Design team got right to work. Gutting the kitchen came first. Then came new painted maple cabinets with glazed cove panels, complemented by the new Arley Bliss Element glass tile backsplash. Armstrong Alterna Mesa engineered stone tiles transformed the kitchen floor. The carpenters creatively painted and trimmed the wainscoting in the dining room to give a flat-panel appearance, matching the style of the heirloom furniture. The end result is a beautiful living space, with a cohesive scheme, that is both restful and practical.

The use of simple and clean lines, paired with a neutral color scheme, creates a timeless and elegant design. Our clients wanted to update their front entry, address some structural issues with their floor, and completely update their kitchen. The kitchen floorplan was re-worked, with large expansive perimeter counters with beautiful wood shaker-style cabinets, new quartz countertops, and ceramic tile backsplash. New tile was added to the flooring, along with some new windows. We think the new kitchen looks fantastic! We also updated the foyer creating a warm and welcoming entryway into the home.

Dans le cadre d'une division d'un pavillon en 4 appartements destinés à la location, j'ai été amené à réaliser plusieurs projets d'aménagements. Dans ce deuxième appartement, vous trouverez ici l'aménagement de cuisine que j'ai réalisé. Il s'agit d'une cuisine IKEA mixant des façades blanches brillantes pour la partie haute et en bois pour la partie basse. Cet appartement étant destiné pour le moment à la location, puis éventuellement plus tard pour la revente, les couleurs choisies sont neutres, greige au sol, le PT est imitation béton crème et blanc en crédence afin que tout le monde puisse s'y projeter. Pour rythmer un peu le tout la crédence choisie est de forme hexagonale avec du relief.

Frank and Carolyn were looking to remodel their deck house kitchen in their little slice of heaven in Framingham. Carolyn wanted to freshen up the area with lighter cabinets, flooring, and paint. She loves nature and their home is situated on a beautifully, private, wooded lot. The kitchen which runs almost the entire back of the home overlooks the treetops. Carolyn envisioned a kitchen that blended with her deck home and looked like it belonged in her natural setting. The cabinets are KraftMaid Vantage Lyndale Evercore in Dove White paint and the counters Caesarstone Coastal Grey. This Historic Adobe Home had a small kitchen. Removing some walls and relocating the refrigerator allowed for a new Pantry, an Appliance Garage and improved overall lay-out. New flooring throughout, added lighting and traditional style appliances makes this Historic home modern and functional. Even Gracie likes it!

This kitchen was basically built from scratch. We demolished the initial kitchen and built this one from the ground up. Designs were put together, colour scheme and board material chosen and cut off site and then assembled on site along with in built appliances. We used spotlights for adequate yet economical lighting. We wanted to create a compact but comfortable space with adequate storage.
