Cette cuisine est superbe, c’est vraiment tout ce que j’aime : De belles pièces comme l’îlot en céramique effet marbre, la cuve sous plan, ou encore la hotte très large; De la technologie avec la TV motorisée dissimulée dans son bloc et le puit de lumière piloté directement de son smartphone; Une association intemporelle du blanc et du bois, douce et chaleureuse. On se sent bien dans cette spacieuse cuisine, autant pour cuisiner que pour recevoir, ou simplement, prendre un café avec élégance. This project was part of Channel Nine's 2019 TV program 'Love Shack' where LTKI collaborated with homeowners and renovation specialists Deanne & Darren Jolly. The 'Love Shack' is situated in the beautiful coastal town of Fingal on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. Dea & Darren transformed a small and dated 3 bedroom 'shack' into a stunning family home with a significant extension and redesign of the whole property. Let's Talk Kitchens & Interiors' Managing Director Rex Hirst was engaged to design and build all of the cabinetry for the project including kitchen, scullery, mudroom, laundry, bathroom vanities, entertainment units, master walk-in-robe and wardrobes. We think the combination of Dea's honed eye for colour and style and Rex's skills in spatial planning and Interior Design have culminated in a truly spectacular family home. A wonderful farmhouse style kitchen by Balnei & Colina. The kitchen layout was changed and we maximised the available space by adding butlers pantry to the rear, concealed behind a shaker style bi-fold. A large central island provides additional work space and a place for the family to gather for casual meals. The shaker style cabinetry was continued through the butlers pantry and laundry for a cohesive look. Photography: Urban Angles

Атмосферная сталинка в Москве Трёхкомнатная квартира в доме 1958 года постройки. Молодая семейная пара, ребята работают в геймдеве, занимаются маркетингом игр. Проект интересен: - организованной и согласованной перепланировкой, в которой уместилось большое количество встроенного хранения корпусами икеа(сецчас их можно заменить серией из хоф) . - Разместили колонну стиральной и сушильной машин в санузле. Сделали душевую зону из стеклоблоков. - Сохранили газовое обеспечение, при этом на кухне почти все его следы закрыли. - Одну комнату оформили под кабинет с перспективой, что там будет актуальна и детская. - В спальне разместили гардеробную и ещё одно рабочее место, тк ребята периодически работают удалённо. - Бюджет берегли, применялись правила разумной экономии. В интерьере использованы отреставрированная советская мебель и люстры , сохранена родная резная розетка на потолке. - Ну и главное: результат перепланировки- избавились от длинного коридора и получили развернутое и воздушное пространство и прекрасный вид при входе. Распашные двери на балкон открывают вид на двор с пышной березой. – в интерьере много винтажа, собственно и интерьер собирали с купленных хозяйкой винтажных люстр еще до проекта

A breakfast table attached to the kitchen island offers additional seating and tabletop space. This kitchen and great room was design by Annette Starkey at Living Environment Design and built by Stellar Renovations. Crystal Cabinets, quartz countertops with a waterfall edge, lots of in-cabinet and under-cabinet lighting, and custom tile contribute to this beautiful space.
