Dans cet appartement familial de 150 m², l’objectif était de rénover l’ensemble des pièces pour les rendre fonctionnelles et chaleureuses, en associant des matériaux naturels à une palette de couleurs harmonieuses. Dans la cuisine et le salon, nous avons misé sur du bois clair naturel marié avec des tons pastel et des meubles tendance. De nombreux rangements sur mesure ont été réalisés dans les couloirs pour optimiser tous les espaces disponibles. Le papier peint à motifs fait écho aux lignes arrondies de la porte verrière réalisée sur mesure. Dans les chambres, on retrouve des couleurs chaudes qui renforcent l’esprit vacances de l’appartement. Les salles de bain et la buanderie sont également dans des tons de vert naturel associés à du bois brut. La robinetterie noire, toute en contraste, apporte une touche de modernité. Un appartement où il fait bon vivre !

This vintage condo in the heart of Lincoln Park (Chicago, IL) needed an update that fit with all the traditional moldings and details, but the owner was looking for something more fun than a classic white and gray kitchen. The deep green and gold fixtures give the kitchen a bold, but elegant style. We maximized storage by adding additional cabinets and taking them to the ceiling, and finished with a traditional crown to align with much of the trim throughout the rest of the space. The floors are a more modern take on the vintage black/white hexagon that was popular around the time the condo building was constructed. Les clients, ayant une vie quotidienne bien remplie, souhaitaient pouvoir se retrouver quotidiennement autour d'un îlot convivial où pouvoir petit déjeuner ou dîner en famille avec beaucoup de rangement dessous. Sachant qu'il était ouvert sur le salon il fallait qu'il soit chic et tranche avec le bleu foncé choisi pour les portes de placard des meubles de cuisine. Nous avons opté pour le plaqué chêne clair et un plan de travail en quartz effet "galet"...

Located in historic downtown Salisbury, this Spanish Mission style home was built in 1912. The homeowners loved the original architectural aspects of the home and were looking for cabinets to match. The goal of this project was to preserve the historic elments of this home and created a space that fit in perfectly. We took the architectural elements from throughout the house and used those elements in the design of the cabinetry, making the kitchen look like it has always belonged in the home. Both our team and the homeowners are extremely pleased with the final product.
