The complete cladding of the handle-less kitchen run and the adjoining units with the new BOSSA program in walnut is an an architectural statement that makes no compromises in terms of function or aesthetics.

The opposing joinery and staircase create a strong relationship at both sides of the living space. The continuous joinery seamlessly morphs from kitchen to a seat for dining, and finally to form the media unit within the living area. The stair and the joinery are separated by a strong vertically tiled column. Our bespoke staircase was designed meticulously with the joiner and steelwork fabricator. The wrapping Beech Treads and risers and expressed with a shadow gap above the simple plaster finish. In this kitchen, we removed walls and created a vaulted ceiling to open up this room. We installed Waypoint Living Spaces Maple Honey with Cherry Slate cabinets. The countertop is Baltic Brown granite.

New Moroccan Villa on the Santa Barbara Riviera, overlooking the Pacific ocean and the city. In this terra cotta and deep blue home, we used natural stone mosaics and glass mosaics, along with custom carved stone columns. Every room is colorful with deep, rich colors. In the master bath we used blue stone mosaics on the groin vaulted ceiling of the shower. All the lighting was designed and made in Marrakesh, as were many furniture pieces. The entry black and white columns are also imported from Morocco. We also designed the carved doors and had them made in Marrakesh. Cabinetry doors we designed were carved in Canada. The carved plaster molding were made especially for us, and all was shipped in a large container (just before covid-19 hit the shipping world!) Der Grundriss des Hinterhauses konnte aus statischen Gründen nicht adaptiert werden. Hier wurden alle Wände vom Putz befreit und die original Backsteinwände sichtbar, deren Imperfektion wurde ohne Schönheitskorrekturen belassen. Den historischen Raumstrukturen wurde dadurch eine identitätsstiftende Verwandlung zuteil.
