The encaustic tiled splashback adds a touch of drama and colour to create interest on the rear walls.

Cloud White bevel shaker doors with Fantasy Brown Granite countertops. We incorporated a wood hood to this kitchen along with additional accessories such as a 2-bin garbage pull out and super-susan in the corner base cabinet for maximum access for this client. The microwave was integrated into the peninsula with a stainless steel trim kit. We added corbels on either end of the peninsula to add a touch of elegance.

Perfect Beige shaker-style cabinets from Crystal Cabinets frame this beautiful kitchen, part of a massive first floor remodel where a wall was taken out and the spaces were opened up and expanded. Alder wood in acorn wood cabinets and open shelving compliment the Adura LVP flooring and stairs. The space opens into the view of the updated fireplace with floating shelves and vertical stacked tile.

Full condo renovation: replaced carpet and laminate flooring with continuous LVP throughout; painted kitchen cabinets; added tile backsplash in kitchen; replaced appliances, sink, and faucet; replaced light fixtures and repositioned/added lights; selected all new furnishings- some brand new, some salvaged from second-hand sellers. Goal of this project was to stretch the dollars, so we worked hard to put money into the areas with highest return and get creative where possible. La cuisine a été livrée et posée par le cuisiniste partenaire de la Maison Des Travaux. Entièrement conçue pour optimiser l'espace disponible, elle intègre de nombreux rangements bas et haut ainsi qu'un magnifique plan de travail en céramique, réalisé sur mesure. Enfin, des ouvrages de métallerie sont réalisés pour compléter l'ensemble : console de rangement murale et rack à verre fixé sous la poutre, le tout en acier brut. Une porte coulissante dans un style verrière, vient également finaliser le projet en créant une séparation entre la cuisine et la pièce de vie, tout en laissant passer la lumière. Au final, une cuisine haut de gamme, chaleureuse et fonctionnelle, dans un esprit "maison de famille". LE + : Le plan de travail de la cuisine est réalisé sur mesure, en céramique : ce matériau est fabriqué à partir d'argile cuite à haute température. Posé dans les cuisines haut de gamme, le plan de travail en céramique propose de nombreux avantages : très forte résistance à la chaleur et aux chocs (comparable à la pierre ou au quarz), non poreux donc très facile à entretenir et hygiénique. Au niveau esthétique, les gammes disponibles permettent des rendus et des finitions très contemporaines ou plus classiques, selon les coloris et les effets (mat, brillant, béton, etc.).

Il s'agit de la toute première maison entièrement construite par Mon Concept Habitation ! Autre particularité de ce projet : il a été entièrement dirigé à distance. Nos clients sont une famille d'expatriés, ils étaient donc peu présents à Paris. Mais grâce à notre processus et le suivi du chantier via WhatsApp, les résultats ont été à la hauteur de leurs attentes.

The renovation of this classic Muskoka cottage, focused around re-designing the living space to make the most of the incredible lake views. This update completely changed the flow of space, aligning the living areas with a more modern & luxurious living context. In collaboration with the client, we envisioned a home in which clean lines, neutral tones, a variety of textures and patterns, and small yet luxurious details created a fresh, engaging space while seamlessly blending into the natural environment. The main floor of this home was completely gutted to reveal the true beauty of the space. Main floor walls were re-engineered with custom windows to expand the client’s majestic view of the lake. The dining area was highlighted with features including ceilings finished with Shadowline MDF, and enhanced with a custom coffered ceiling bringing dimension to the space. Unobtrusive details and contrasting textures add richness and intrigue to the space, creating an energizing yet soothing interior with tactile depth.
