Nos clients, une famille avec 3 enfants, ont fait l'achat d'un bien de 124 m² dans l'Ouest Parisien. Ils souhaitaient adapter à leur goût leur nouvel appartement. Pour cela, ils ont fait appel à @advstudio_ai⁠⁠ et notre agence. ⁠ ⁠ L'objectif était de créer un intérieur au look urbain, dynamique, coloré. Chaque pièce possède sa palette de couleurs. Ainsi dans le couloir, on est accueilli par une entrée bleue Yves Klein et des étagères déstructurées sur mesure. Les chambres sont tantôt bleu doux ou intense ou encore vert d'eau. La SDB, elle, arbore un côté plus minimaliste avec sa palette de gris, noirs et blancs. ⁠ ⁠ La pièce de vie, espace majeur du projet, possède plusieurs facettes. Elle est à la fois une cuisine, une salle TV, un petit salon ou encore une salle à manger. Conformément au fil rouge directeur du projet, chaque coin possède sa propre identité mais se marie à merveille avec l'ensemble. ⁠ Ce projet a bénéficié de quelques ajustements sur mesure : le mur de brique et le hamac qui donnent un côté urbain atypique au coin TV ; les bureaux, la bibliothèque et la mezzanine qui ont permis de créer des rangements élégants, adaptés à l'espace.

The charm of our latest kitchen project begins with the captivating choice of its finishes. A velvety dream, the cabinets are adorned with a lavish coat of Matt Lacquer in RAL Steel Blue. Enhancing the overall aesthetic are the exquisite Copper Gola Rail and Plinth, delicately curated to harmonise with the resplendent blue cabinets. Crowning this culinary masterpiece is the 30mm Silestone Gris Expo worktop, a breathtaking union of functionality and beauty. This sleek quartz surface exudes a sense of timelessness, its soft grey tones offering the perfect backdrop for culinary creations to take centre stage. The inherent durability of Silestone ensures that this worktop will remain a testament to enduring elegance for years to come. The star in this space is the view, so a subtle, clean-line approach was the perfect kitchen design for this client. The spacious island invites guests and cooks alike. The inclusion of a handy 'home admin' area is a great addition for clients with busy work/home commitments. The combined laundry and butler's pantry is a much used area by these clients, who like to entertain on a regular basis. Plenty of storage adds to the functionality of the space. The TV Unit was a must have, as it enables perfect use of space, and placement of components, such as the TV and fireplace. The small bathroom was cleverly designed to make it appear as spacious as possible. A subtle colour palette was a clear choice.

La pièce à vivre se compose d'une cuisine anthracite laissant apparaître une large niche avec un îlot central qui sert de table à manger pour environ 10 personnes. Le salon arbore fièrement une décoration plus tropicale et végétale.

The original kitchen was closed off from the rest of the apartment and didn't enjoy the penthouse water views. Impala complete redesign saw walls removed and a modern kitchen created that became the heart of the home.
