Aujourd'hui, nous vous présentons un projet destiné à la location et basé à Talence! Une cuisine blanche et bois compacte avec un îlot central et une hotte en aluminium. Une cuisine fonctionnelle et moderne, avec beaucoup de rangements au sol et un îlot disposant de multiples tiroirs. Un bel espace de vie au cœur de ce logement locatif; de la modernité et de la praticité, le tout avec des meubles fabriqués en France! For this kitchen, designed by Peter Bittner, the client had a very clear idea of what she wanted right from the start. She did her research. The mother of a fast growing, young family, she wanted something as efficient as it was beautiful – on the simple, yet elegant side. Her requests were straightforward: white and light grey Bilotta cabinetry in a transitional style so as not to compete with the detailing inside her 1950s Tudor-style home; a heated tile floor (By Rye Ridge Tile); stainless appliances; white subway tile backsplash by Walker Zanger (again to keep it clean and not compete with its surroundings); and seating at the island for snacks and homework. The “pop” suggested by Peter was done through the satin brass hardware and lighting fixtures. The real challenge with this space was to fit as much as possible into the existing footprint which was overall on the smaller side. The solution was eliminating a doorway (with a swinging door that opened into the kitchen) and stairs from the kitchen to the basement. By moving the stairs and doorway, the usable space increased considerably. The typical working triangle became the focus for one side of the kitchen and the island overhang and seating became available on the other side. To make up for the limited amount of wall cabinets Peter designed shallow pantry-style cabinets along the back wall. Quartz Countertops by Rom Stone Fabrication. Duplex Y is located in a multi apartment building, typical to the Carmel mountain neighborhoods. The building has several entrances due to the slope it sits on. Duplex Y has its own separate entrance and a beautiful view towards Haifa bay and the Golan Heights that can be seen on a clear weather day. The client - a computer high-tech couple, with their two small daughters asked us for a simple and functional design that could remind them of their frequent visits to central and northern Europe. Their request has been accepted. Our planning approach was simple indeed, maybe even simple in a radical way: We followed the principle of clean and ultra minimal spaces, that serve their direct mission only. Complicated geometry of the rooms has been simplified by implementing built-in wood furniture into numerous niches. The most 'complicated' room (due to its broken geometry, narrow proportions and sloped ceiling) has been turned into a kid's room shaped as a clean 'wood box' for fun, games and 'edutainment'. The storage room has been refurbished to maximize it's purpose by creating enough space to store 90% of the entire family's demand. We've tried to avoid unnecessary decoration. 97% of the design has its functional use in addition to its atmospheric qualities. There’s nothing quite like a cozy cottage to call home. Especially when you can get creative, renovating key spaces to balance modern convenience and vintage charm. We collaborated with the talented homeowners to bring their vision to life an the results speak for themselves. A gourmet kitchen fits seamlessly in the original home’s footprint and not one, but two thoughtfully re-designed bathrooms bring a slice of luxury and function to this sweet little home. The modern-meets-classic kitchen tiles started it all, setting the tone for the entire renovation. Gourmet appliances and custom cabinetry maximized function and storage and new lighting was a perfect finishing touch. We completely re-worked the home’s “master” bath (you should see the “before!”), adding a spacious frameless glass shower. In the basement, the new bathroom is every bit the retreat the homeowner dreamed of, with the freestanding composite tub, an enormous vanity and a hidden stackable washer and dryer. The decommissioned fireplace is oh-so decorative, showing off with new Ann Sacks marble mosaic tile. Ensuite nos artisans ont refait; les faux plafonds,la plomberie, l'électricité et ont fait la totalité du montage de la cuisine en optimisant, d'apres les plans, tous les espaces (surtout dans les angles du fond de la pièce).

The new owners of this traditional semi in Cardiff wanted to create a light, bright sleek kitchen that was contemporary but not stark. Most of thec upboard doors were painted in a soft shade of chalky white whilst the tall larder and fridge were in oak to add warmth and richness to the room. Adding in an open shelving unit in a dark grey to pick up the colour of the quartz worktop brought the separate elements of the room together. The original galley kitchen had been extended to open up the space so to counteract the corridor effect this created we divided the area into kitchen and hallway by making a tall cloaks cupboard and low level area for keys and telephones in white to tie in with the kitchen but create a divide between the two separate areas..

A nicely appointed kitchenette with dishwasher, hidden mini-fridge, microwave and instant hot water makes guests feel right at home. LVP flooring runs throughout the apartment with radiant floor heating to keep the toes warm and guests comfortable. Photo by Joel Riner Photography
