The reclaimed wood hood draws attention in this large farmhouse kitchen. A pair of reclaimed doors were fitted with antique mirror and were repurposed as pantry doors. Brass lights and hardware add elegance. The island is painted a contrasting gray and is surrounded by rope counter stools. The ceiling is clad in pine tounge- in -groove boards to create a rich rustic feeling. In the coffee bar the brick from the family room bar repeats, to created a flow between all the spaces.

These clients needed a larger kitchen for their bustling family. We removed the wall separating the original kitchen and dining room. The kitchen was redesigned using all the new combined space. Casement picture windows were installed to the left and right of the new stainless chimney vent hood letting the natural light and beauty of the property shine in. A glass French door was installed between the new kitchen space and the front formal living room. Uptown chic ( Jazz Singer ) luxury vinyl floating floors were installed. New vinyl flooring looks just like real wood but is waterproof and holds up to a lot more abuse than real wood as well as being maintenance free and easy to clean. The cabinetry was designed using Fabuwood Cabinetry in the Galaxy Frost door style. Paired with the white subway tile backsplash and hood wall; this kitchen really looks bright and clean. By adding a boarder and using the same tiles as the backsplash just set in a different direction added some simple pop to the hood area tile feature. Black pearl granite countertops with a leathered finish top the perimeter cabinetry and MSI Calacatta Verona quartz looks awesome on the island cabinetry. Glass cabinetry doors, floating shelves, and all the other little accents really add to the final design of this space. Now this kitchen has the functionality, storage, and space this family needed and a great new look.

This Beautifully warm and inviting kitchen in rich green beats blue anyday. The painted cabients are a custom sherwin williams color and the warm and "toasty" cherry accents add a classic feel. Not too traditional or coastal this kitchen fits perfectly into the Fairfax Virginia Vibe.

In this Tschida Construction project we did not one, but TWO two-story additions. The other phase was the butler's pantry, laundry room, mudroom, and massive storage closet. This second addition off of the previous kitchen double the kitchen's footprint, added an extremely large dining area, and a new deck that has an awesome indoor/outdoor window connection. Another cool feature is the double dishwashers anchored by a beautiful farmhouse ceramic sink. A under cabinet beverage fridge, huge windows overlooking the wetlands, and statement backsplash also make this space functional and unique. We also continued the lvp throughout the main level, refinished their fireplace built in wall and got all new furnishings. Talk about a transformation!

This beautiful white kitchen has white painted shaker cabinets, a rift cut white oak island, eloquence Everett quartz counters, and a mosaic subway tile for the backsplash. Four-seater kitchen island with an open floor plan connected to living and dining room.

The house on Blueberry Hill features Starmark's inset cabinets in White with a Blueberry island and Walnut floating shelves. We used Cambria's Britannica quartz counters, Berenson Hardware's Swagger pulls in modern brushed gold, and Sensio cabinet lighting.

Remodel of existing home kitchen. Removal of walls to create an open concept kitchen. Double island design with custom millwork and painting. Minimal wall cabinets used to create a clean and open feel.

This view was once the only existing kitchen. Everything from the left edge of the 2-tiered island was previously unused garage area. After moving the load bearing walls with precision and care, we were able to expand the stove area to include plenty of prep space and a full Bordeaux Gold granite backsplash with stainless hood without worrying about feeling crowded. Our clients had a vision to turn this completely empty second story store front in downtown Beloit, WI into their home. The space now includes a bedroom, kitchen, living room, laundry room, office, powder room, master bathroom and a solarium. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the home and quartz countertops were installed in the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Brick walls were left exposed adding historical charm to this beautiful home and a solarium provides the perfect place to quietly sit and enjoy the views of the downtown below. Making this rehabilitation even more exciting, the Downtown Beloit Association presented our clients with two awards, Best Fascade Rehabilitation over $15,000 and Best Upper Floor Development! We couldn’t be more proud!

This countryside farmhouse was remodeled and added on to by removing an interior wall separating the kitchen from the dining/living room, putting an addition at the porch to extend the kitchen by 10', installing an IKEA kitchen cabinets and custom built island using IKEA boxes, custom IKEA fronts, panels, trim, copper and wood trim exhaust wood, wolf appliances, apron front sink, and quartz countertop. The bathroom was redesigned with relocation of the walk-in shower, and installing a pottery barn vanity. the main space of the house was completed with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. A beautiful transformation with gorgeous views of the Willamette Valley.
