Something that has resplendence is gorgeous in a grand and brilliant way. We were asked to design a kitchen that looked beautiful, accommodated large family gatherings, functioned as a cooks' kitchen should, and met a very real need for accessibility. Larger than normal space between cabinets was needed for wheel chair accessibility, as well as sinks that allow for roll up use. This design was accomplished by taking in the original carport, which had been replaced prior by a larger parking space (which can be seen through the windows in the keeping area). By adding white cabinetry to brighten the space, a warm and welcoming feel was achieved without overwhelming the pallet with dark stains. The results speak for themselves.

A contemporary kitchen with beautiful navy blue cabinetry makes this space stand out from the rest! A textured backsplash adds texture to the space and beautifully compliments the dimensional granite. Stainless steel appliances and and cabinet pulls are the perfect choice to not over power the navy cabinetry. The light laminate floors adds a natural and coastal feel to the room.

LVP flooring that pulls in the various wood tones found within the existing millwork and new cabinetry help to blend and pull the finishes together.

This sophisticated french country remodel added unbelievable charm to the homeowners large kitchen and dining space. With an off white perimeter and rich stained island the space feels elegant and well planned. Intricate details can be found throughout the kitchen, including glass inserts with mullion detail, corbels, large crown molding, decorative toe treatments, built-in wood hood, turned posts and contrasting hardware.

We breathed new life into this Hampton’s inspired kitchen with beautiful fresh materials in soft white and airy blue hues. We also redesigned the layout for optimal food prep, cooking and entertaining while keeping them separate from each other. By incorporating the nook area and removing the desk, we were able to give our client everything she ever wanted in a kitchen (see BEFORE pics). The lines and details of the custom hood and soft curved fretwork in the cabinetry create a sense of understated luxury and elegance. Oil rubbed bronze accents on the island legs, traditional lanterns and sconces, along with brushed nickel cabinet hardware complete the space. We also redesigned the fireplace and added built-ins to both sides for additional storage and unified, fresh new look.

Our client was undertaking a major renovation and extension of their large Edwardian home and wanted to create a Hamptons style kitchen, with a specific emphasis on catering for their large family and the need to be able to provide a large entertaining area for both family gatherings and as a senior executive of a major company the need to entertain guests at home. It was a real delight to have such an expansive space to work with to design this kitchen and walk-in-pantry and clients who trusted us implicitly to bring their vision to life. The design features a face-frame construction with shaker style doors made in solid English Oak and then finished in two-pack satin paint. The open grain of the oak timber, which lifts through the paint, adds a textural and visual element to the doors and panels. The kitchen is topped beautifully with natural 'Super White' granite, 4 slabs of which were required for the massive 5.7m long and 1.3m wide island bench to achieve the best grain match possible throughout the whole length of the island. The integrated Sub Zero fridge and 1500mm wide Wolf stove sit perfectly within the Hamptons style and offer a true chef's experience in the home. A pot filler over the stove offers practicality and convenience and adds to the Hamptons style along with the beautiful fireclay sink and bridge tapware. A clever wet bar was incorporated into the far end of the kitchen leading out to the pool with a built in fridge drawer and a coffee station. The walk-in pantry, which extends almost the entire length behind the kitchen, adds a secondary preparation space and unparalleled storage space for all of the kitchen gadgets, cookware and serving ware a keen home cook and avid entertainer requires. Los clientes me contactaran para realizar una reforma de la área living de su casa porque no se sentían a gusto con los espacios que tenían, ya que eran muy cerrados, obstruyan la luz y no eran prácticos para su estilo de vida. De este modo, lo primero que sugerimos ha sido tirar las paredes del hall de entrada, eliminar el armario empotrado en esa área que también bloqueaba el espacio y la pared maestra divisoria entre la cocina y salón. Hemos redistribuido el espacio para una cocina y hall abiertos con una península que comunican con el comedor y salón. El resultado es un espacio living acogedor donde toda la familia puede convivir en conjunto, sin ninguna barrera. La casa se ha vuelto mas luminosa y comunica también con el espacio exterior. Los clientes nos comentaran que muchas veces dejan la puerta del jardín abierta y pueden estar cocinando y viendo las plantas del exterior, lo que para ellos es un placer. Los muebles de la cocina se han dibujado à medida y realizado con nuestro carpintero de confianza. Para el color de los armarios se han realizado varias muestras, hasta que conseguimos el tono ideal, ya que era un requisito muy importante. Todos los electrodomésticos se han empotrado y hemos dejado a vista 2 nichos para dar mas ligereza al mueble y poder colocar algo decorativo. Cada vez más el espacio entre salón y cocina se diluye, entonces dibujamos cocinas que son una extensión de este espacio y le llamamos al conjunto el espacio Living o zona día. A nivel de materiales, se han utilizado, tiradores de la marca italiana Formani, la encimera y salpicadero son de Porcelanosa Xstone, fregadero de Blanco, grifería de Plados, lámparas de la casa francesa Honoré Deco y papel de pared con hojas tropicales de Casamance.
