This is one of our recent projects, which was part of a stunning Barn conversion. We saw this project transform from a Cow shed, with raw bricks and mud, through to a beautiful home. The kitchen is a Kuhlmann German handle-less Kitchen in Black supermatt & Magic Grey high gloss, with Copper accents and Dekton Radium worktops. The simple design complements the rustic features of this stunning open plan room. Ovens are Miele Artline Graphite. An open L shaped kitchen grounds this great room design as you enter. This two toned design is placed with access to the view and space to flow through the open concept living and dining and around the corner to the enormous Walk in Pantry.

Une prestation soignée pour perpetuer cette maison dans la continuité familiale et lui donner une seconde vie. L'ilot central se compose d'un large espace de cuisson. La hotte en acier, au style affirmé marque un esprit professionnel à la cuisine. Les façades de portes a cadre en bois massif, laquées bleu Arthur-Bonnet, la combinaison d'un sol marqué de sa décoration, et le plafond rampant sont évocateurs d'un style campagne, expressif et chic. L'évier en gré, souligne l'ensemble. Réalisé sur-mesure et dans le respect des lieux, cette cuisine se veut fonctionnelle, conviviale, et moderne. Kitchen remodel designed + built by Meadowlark in Ann Arbor, MI. Paneled appliances, butcher block island, Thermador range, soapstone counters, white subway tile backsplash and walls.

This project was a collaboration with a contractor we have partnered with for years to create a unique home for him and his family. Shane and Anna Butterick of GSB Building are from New Zealand, and this influenced a great deal of the design decisions on the project. The choice of materials such as the wood finishes and the decision to leave steel beams exposed are influenced by a desire to remind them of a South Island style. The project is centred around a self-build mentality. We achieved planning for a full width and side return extension, with full height steel doors adding an industrial style to this typical Victorian brick terraced house. The ground floor has been entirely reconfigured, to create one large open plan kitchen, dining and living space. The tall metal doors open onto a small but perfectly formed courtyard garden. At the upper level, a luxury master suite has been created, with a large free-standing bath its centrepiece. We were also able to extend the loft to create a new bedroom with ensuite. Much of the interior design is the result of Anna’s eclectic style and attention to detail. Shane and his team took responsibility for building the project and creating a very high-end finish. This project was a truly collaborative effort.

We love a mix of styles - meet our modern, contemporary Spanish kitchen. Immediate feeling of tranquility with the blue cabinetry and modern elements bring the kitchen up to date. Blue cabinets feel sophisticated paired with black marble counters and a white waterfall island. Large over-sized pendants hang over the modern island.
