This kitchen renovation consisted of a kitchen reface, where we updated the cabinets with an MDF Michigan door style in colour SW6251 - Outerspace featuring black handles. We installed a Quartzite Negresco Honed countertop with a granite sink in pearl black and a chrome faucet and drinking faucet. A white Teramoda tile was installed for the kitchen backsplash. Two pendant lights were installed over the peninsula and we replaced the ceiling light in the dinette area. Vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the kitchen, dinette area, laundry room and hallway/closet leading to garage and baseboards were installed. The entire kitchen, laundry room and hallway area were painted. We also updated the ceiling fixture over the kitchen with pot lights.

Much more countertop space than before. The granite is called LUNA PEARL.

Awesome Norristown PA bi-level home remodel. We gutted the whole first level of this home down to the bare bones. We redesigned the space to an open floorplan. New structural framing, insulation, windows and doors, and all mechanicals were relocated and improved. Lighting! Lighting! Lighting! everywhere and it makes all the difference. Led lighting and smart switches were used for up lighting above cabinetry, task lighting under cabinetry, general room lighting, accent lighting under bar top, and all decorative fixtures as well. The kitchen was designed around a central island with elevated seating that is designed around the new structural columns required to open the whole area. Fabuwood cabinetry in Galaxy Horizon finish make up the perimeter cabinets accented by Galaxy Cobblestone finish used for the island cabinetry. Both cabinetry tones coordinate perfect with the new Luxury vinyl plank flooring in Uptown Chic Forever Friends. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, luxury vinyl is Awesome! It looks great its ultra durable and even water proof as well as less expensive than true hardwood. New stair treads, railings, and posts were installed stained to match by us; giving the steps new life. An accent wall of nickel gap boards was installed on the fireplace wall giving it some interest along with being a great clean look. The recessed niche behind the range, the dry stacked stone tile at the islands seating area, the new tile entry in a herringbone pattern just add to all the great details of this project. The New River White granite countertops are a show stopper as well; not only is it a beautiful stone the installation and seaming is excellent considering the pattern of the stone. I could go on forever we did so much. The clients were terrific and a pleasure to work with. I am glad we were able to be involved in making this dream come true.

In this kitchen, Waypoint Living Spaces Maple Spice 650F cabinets with flat black hardware pulls were installed. The countertop is Wilsonart Xcaret 3cm Quartz with double roundover edge and 4” backsplash at the mail center cabinets. The backsplash is Jeffrey Court Slate fire and ice brick Mosaic. A Moen Align Spring single handle pull down spring faucet in Spot Resist Stainless and 18” brushed nickel towel bars and Ledge stainless steel sink with bottom sink grid, roll out grid, and bamboo cutting board. The flooring is a mixture of Permastone 16”x16” Indian Slate, Canyon and Verde flooring.

What were you looking for in your remodel? We were looking to completely redo the space. We knew we needed a new layout to accommodate the need for more storage, but also to update the extremely outdated cabinets, flooring, etc. to bring it out of 1960 and into 2020. 2. What do you love most about your remodel? I obviously love that everything is brand new. My favorite physical feature is definitely the new backsplash and countertops that we chose! I also have never had soft close drawers so those are spectacular! 3. What was your main concern when deciding on a remodeling company? We really just didn’t want it to take a long time! We were at home during the whole thing because of the pandemic, so it was not realistic to live without a kitchen for months. 4. What made you choose O’Hanlon Kitchens? Would you recommend O’Hanlon Kitchens? Tracy was a great designer, and we ultimately went with O’Hanlon because she discovered some details about the kitchen and it’s functional space that others overlooked and even we didn’t notice.
