This project was one of my favourites to date. The client had given me complete freedom to design a featured kitchen that was big on functionality, practicality and entertainment as much as it was big in design. The mixture of dark timber grain, high-end appliances, LED lighting and minimalistic lines all came together in this stunning, show-stopping kitchen. As you make your way from the front door to the kitchen, it appears before you like a marble masterpiece. The client's had chosen this beautiful natural Italian marble, so maximum use of the marble was the centrepiece of this project. Once I received the pictures of the selected slabs, I had the idea of using the featured butterfly join as the splashback. I was able to work with the 3D team to show how this will look upon completion, and the results speak for themselves. The 3Ds had made the decisions much clearer and gave the clients confidence in the finishes and design. Every project must not only be aesthetically beautiful but should always be practical and functional for the day to day grind... this one has it all!

Indoor - outdoor flow! This kitchen has been designed to compliment the beautiful home, and blend seamlessly with the aesthetics of the room as a whole. The timber door fronts have been sued at full height - that they have been installed to the roof, making the kitchen appear larger, and grand. The same timber affect has been used to create the floating table, that extends from the Island. The Island showcases a stunning 16mm thick narrow stainless bench top, and the handless door fronts create a discrete negative detail. The fridge has been integrated, and the hoods is concealed, allowing for the stunning kitchen finish to shine! This amazing kitchen offers so many hidden features! Oliver CrawfordOliver Crawford

This kitchen was designed to compliment the bold and robust style of the home. Exposed concrete, polished concrete floors, and dark impressive timbers required a kitchen design that could keep up with the overall anesthetic's of the living space. The kitchen has been designed using Nobilia's high gloss grey's and white's - the high gloss flows on from the beautiful floor and the grey tones work well with the various textures such as the exposed concrete. The island offers a huge amount of storage with cupboards on both front and rear, and the mixed materials on the island is in keeping with the overall affect of the room. Kitchen was designed by a leading architectural firms in U.S. Custom, hand brushed finish, cabinet doors with continuous pulls. Heavy Gage stainless steel counter tops were made to match cabinets and appliances. Highly customized space includes front loading washer and dryer, to fit home owners' life style and daily, kitchen needs.

The kitchen was designed to be hard wearing and easy to clean. The client wanted for the kitchen to be low maintenance especially when large numbers of family were staying over the holidays. Note the Corian benches are welded to the Corian splash backs with an integrated Corian sink so as the entire kitchen can be wiped down without a single seam or joint. The bamboo cabinets and floor were selected for their lovely colour as well as there super hard wearing properties.
