This coastal, contemporary Tiny Home features a warm yet industrial style kitchen with stainless steel counters and husky tool drawers with black cabinets. the silver metal counters are complimented by grey subway tiling as a backsplash against the warmth of the locally sourced curly mango wood windowsill ledge. I mango wood windowsill also acts as a pass-through window to an outdoor bar and seating area on the deck. Entertaining guests right from the kitchen essentially makes this a wet-bar. LED track lighting adds the right amount of accent lighting and brightness to the area. The window is actually a french door that is mirrored on the opposite side of the kitchen. This kitchen has 7-foot long stainless steel counters on either end. There are stainless steel outlet covers to match the industrial look. There are stained exposed beams adding a cozy and stylish feeling to the room. To the back end of the kitchen is a frosted glass pocket door leading to the bathroom. All shelving is made of Hawaiian locally sourced curly mango wood. A stainless steel fridge matches the rest of the style and is built-in to the staircase of this tiny home. Dish drying racks are hung on the wall to conserve space and reduce clutter. The centerpiece and focal point to this tiny home living room is the grand circular-shaped window which is actually two half-moon windows jointed together where the mango woof bar-top is placed. This acts as a work and dining space. Hanging plants elevate the eye and draw it upward to the high ceilings. Colors are kept clean and bright to expand the space. The love-seat folds out into a sleeper and the ottoman/bench lifts to offer more storage. The round rug mirrors the window adding consistency. This tropical modern coastal Tiny Home is built on a trailer and is 8x24x14 feet. The blue exterior paint color is called cabana blue. The large circular window is quite the statement focal point for this how adding a ton of curb appeal. The round window is actually two round half-moon windows stuck together to form a circle. There is an indoor bar between the two windows to make the space more interactive and useful- important in a tiny home. There is also another interactive pass-through bar window on the deck leading to the kitchen making it essentially a wet bar. This window is mirrored with a second on the other side of the kitchen and the are actually repurposed french doors turned sideways. Even the front door is glass allowing for the maximum amount of light to brighten up this tiny home and make it feel spacious and open. This tiny home features a unique architectural design with curved ceiling beams and roofing, high vaulted ceilings, a tiled in shower with a skylight that points out over the tongue of the trailer saving space in the bathroom, and of course, the large bump-out circle window and awning window that provides dining spaces.

The Brief For this contemporary kitchen project in Beckenham, the client wanted a combination of modern design elements and state-of-the-art appliances to create a highly functional and visually appealing space. Our design Choices This kitchen features the Pronorm Y-Line range in Pebble Grey Lacquer, presenting a sleek and minimalist aesthetic. Meanwhile, the central island in Dark Steel finish adds a touch of sophistication. Worktop and Appliances The Artscut Calacatta Royal Gold Quartz worktops and matching full-height splashback add a touch of luxury to the space. Siemens appliances, known for their advanced technology, contribute to the kitchen's functionality and modern appeal. Including a Franke sink and Quooker tap enhances the efficiency and convenience of daily kitchen tasks. Special Features The focal point of this kitchen is the island, complete with a sink, which is centrally positioned and serves as a multifunctional workspace and a focal point for socialising. Pendant lights suspended above the island add brightness and contribute to the overall ambience. Small is beautiful! It's the details in this holiday apartment in Porthleven that make all the difference. The kitchen is Masterclass Sutton H-Line (handlesless) in Heritage Grey with Oak accents on the handle rail and plinth. Solid oak shelving has been stained to match the other wood details and cleverly contrasted by industrial look lighting. The huge glass splashback in Decoglaze 'Aegean' really makes this petite kitchen stand out from the crowd.

Frank Sinatra was apparently quoted as saying 'Orange is the happiest colour' and I think that couldn't be more true when you look at the orange and copper tones in this recently refurbished kitchen diner. It wasn't the easiest brief, 'Scandinavian style meets 1970's retro' but thankfully we have combined our customers favourite things in this eclectic yet undeniably 'happy' space.

The brief for this unique kitchen was for it to be ‘a huge piece of furniture’. Well….. challenge accepted. To achieve this goal, we knew that we needed to approach the design from the details outwards, so we started with the cabinet doors. As the kitchen was to be over three levels rather than the traditional two, and because we wanted to articulate the idea of ‘furniture’ rather than ‘kitchen cabinets’, we designed three complimentary cabinet doors, each with their own personalities. Door pulls and pan hooks were made from beautiful hexagonal brass rods, and drawers were lined for cutlery, utensils and cookware. A slim shelf above the splashback provided a place for kitchen essentials like salt and oil. The mid-level of the kitchen was kept clean and uncluttered by means of our signature F+B ‘School House’ off-white lacquer, so that the wood didn’t feel overpowering. But the main event is the truss shelf that spans the open side of the kitchen like a portal frame. This beautifully detailed piece of Japanese-inspired design gives space for the client’s collection of Asian ceramics, and for our bespoke Japanese shoji paper lanterns, which light the space. A unique kitchen, handmade like only a furniture maker could.

The homeowners of a beautiful Back Bay condominium renovate the kitchen and master bathroom and elevate the quality and function of the spaces. Lee Kimball designers created a plan to maximize the storage and function for regular gourmet cooking in the home. The custom door style, designed specifically for the homeowners, works perfectly on the Sub-Zero column refrigeration and wine unit.
