Reminiscent of a villa in south of France, this Old World yet still sophisticated home are what the client had dreamed of. The home was newly built to the client’s specifications. The wood tone kitchen cabinets are made of butternut wood, instantly warming the atmosphere. The perimeter and island cabinets are painted and captivating against the limestone counter tops. A custom steel hammered hood and Apex wood flooring (Downers Grove, IL) bring this room to an artful balance. The large open space continues the themes set out in the Living and Dining areas with a similar palette of darker surfaces and finishes, chosen to create an effect that is highly evocative of past centuries, linking new and old with a poetic approach. The dark grey concrete floor is a paired with traditional but luxurious Tadelakt Moroccan plaster, chose for its uneven and natural texture as well as beautiful earthy hues. The supporting structure is exposed and painted in a deep red hue to suggest the different functional areas and create a unique interior which is then reflected on the exterior of the extension.

A huge space that needed a huge statement... we loved how the client wanted to go bold, I think we achieved that with the marine blue quartz worktops.

Although we won the award for our master suite design. The living/ kitchen area is also worthy of an award! The black and white color palette is used throughout the house to make the design cohesive. The apple green dining table adds some excitement and draws a connection to the green of the landscape visible through the expansive windows. The subtle use of color and the connection to natural world through the use of carefully selected windows really dispells the myth that modern designs are stark and unwelcoming.

This expansive contemporary kitchen features a mixture gloss white and multi-shade laminate custom cabinetry by Wood-Mode, Sub-Zero, Wolf & Cove gourmet integrated appliances, Cambria countertops and a custom Hammerton island light fixture. The design and materials blend beautifully with their exquisite art collection.

The addition of a striking glass extension creates an amazing Wow factor to this Georgian Rectory in Kent. Oversized stained walnut doors and drawers complement the scale and proportions of the house perfectly and allow for endless storage. The inclusion of a secret door through to the boot room and cloakroom beyond creates a seamless furniture design in the open plan kitchen. Slab end quartz worktops offset the dark walnut beautifully. This Boca Raton home offers a warm and tropical twist to contemporary design. The intricate ceiling details, walnut wood finishes, and center pivot revolving front door create a private oasis for home owner and guests to enjoy. With a Florida room that transforms into an outdoor kitchen, a glass-encased wine room, and modern furniture throughout, this home has everything you need.

A complete makeover of a tired 1990s mahogany kitchen in a stately Greenwich back country manor. We couldn't change the windows in this project due to exterior restrictions but the fix was clear. We transformed the entire space of the kitchen and adjoining grand family room space by removing the dark cabinetry and painting over all the mahogany millwork in the entire space. The adjoining family walls with a trapezoidal vaulted ceiling needed some definition to ground the room. We added painted paneled walls 2/3rds of the way up to entire family room perimeter and reworked the entire fireplace wall with new surround, new stone and custom cabinetry around it with room for an 85" TV. The end wall in the family room had floor to ceiling gorgeous windows and Millowrk details. Once everything installed, painted and furnished the entire space became connected and cohesive as the central living area in the home.

Light floods this casual yet sophisticated contemporary Hamptons haven, with walls of windows allowing backyard views to dominate. White quartz countertops and pale flooring reflect light, even on overcast days. Bilotta Designer Doranne Phillips Telberg designed the flat panel doors with a horizontal grain pattern that leads the eye around the room, while the soft driftwood-toned finish complements the wooded site. Floating shelves on either side of the hood make everything visible and accessible, and provide a clear sightline to the open plan dining and living areas. The efficient layout positions the main sink in the 10’ waterfall island facing the scenery, opposite the 48” professional range. Two paneled dishwashers make quick work of cleanup. Anchoring the work triangle are integrated fridge and freezer columns, paneled to be indistinguishable from the pantry on the left. A microwave drawer sits adjacent to the refrigeration. A covered deck steps away means you’ll never be stuck indoors when it rains, and the fire pit assures outdoor living in all but the harshest weather. A wet bar with a beverage refrigerator is strategically located next to the sliding glass door, facilitating service. Another convenience is the folding window that opens out to the deck for easy delivery of food and drinks to guests.
