The scullery contains another fridge and a large, double sink, each located at the ends of a long benchtop that takes up the entire back wall. This benchtop provides plenty of workspace, plus more than enough room a full array of small appliances. Above, open shelving offers easy access to plates, glassware and cookbooks. On the interior, the Great Room comprised of the Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Room features the space defining massive 18-foot long, triangular-shaped clerestory window pressed to the underside of the ranch’s main gable roofline. This window beautifully lights the Kitchen island below while framing a cluster of diverse mature trees lining a horse riding trail to the North 15 feet off the floor. The cabinetry of the Kitchen and Living Room are custom high-gloss white lacquer finished with Rosewood cabinet accents strategically placed including the 19-foot long island with seating, preparation sink, dishwasher and storage. The Kitchen island and aligned-on-axis Dining Room table are celebrated by unique pendants offering contemporary embellishment to the minimal space.

The kitchen is large and flooded with light. It is organized around a very large island with cabinetry and appliances all around and ample seating that makes the island a breakfast bar or casual hang out area with a glass of wine while the food is being prepared. A built-in banquette by the window provides an informal lunch or dinner cove, while open shelving and built-in appliances make it both a functional and a strikingly beautiful part of the open living-dining-entrtainment area the clients had hoped for.

Our Clients from Ottawa south came to us last year to get a new custom designed kitchen, vanities and TV cabinet after a devastating fire had almost completely destroyed their beloved home. Since our clients entertain a lot and often have friends over in their kitchen to watch hockey games, one of the requirements was to incorporate a large island to accommodate 8 people and a corner Media cabinet for the TV. The choice of finishes had to give the space an elegant and warm look. We choose a grey veneer for the primary finish and a white high gloss lacquer for the accent color. The backsplash and the countertop was chosen by our clients.

With the Modin Collection, we have raised the bar on luxury vinyl plank. The result is a new standard in resilient flooring. Modin offers true embossed in register texture, a low sheen level, a rigid SPC core, an industry-leading wear layer, and so much more.

This beautiful kitchen was designed by one our team for a property development company that were building three new housing plots in Tring. They gave us the task of coming up with a kitchen design that would be timeless and suitable for any new homeowner. Therefore, the challenge for us was to design for someone that we would never meet, but still try to make the space personal to them. The entire interior scheme needed to be considered, as the overall look of the house is contemporary, so the kitchen design needed to match this style. Due to this, a combination of high quality materials and a neutral colour scheme have been used. Handle-less, high gloss cashmere and matt taupe cabinetry are complimented by a Silestone Lusso quartz worktop with a European walnut breakfast bar. Attention to detail was key and needed to be carefully thought about within the design. Particular features have been replicated, such as including the walnut detailing to feature within the breakfast bar and for the wrap around panelling of the built-in fridge/freezer. LED lighting has also been used for the decorative purposes of illuminating the cabinetry but also the ceiling extractor, which both help to create an atmosphere within the kitchen, particularly in the evenings. The overall layout has been carefully considered, appliances have been positioned so that the potential homeowners would have everything they need within a practical working triangle. Storage solutions have been cleverly designed to be hidden behind doors, adding to the spacious feeling of this beautiful kitchen.
