Hierdurch sieht man einerseits keine Fingerabdrücke, andererseits sind sie dadurch auch extrem unempfindlich gegen jede Form von Verschmutzungen. Die Arbeitsplatte ist mit schwarzem Linoleum beschichtet. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein natürliches Material, das nicht nur einer wundervolle Haptik hat, sondern ebenso robust ist wie Massivholz. Die Küchenrückwand ist mit einem ökologischem Wandwachs behandelt worden. Dieser hält sowohl Wasser als auch Fett ab sorgt für eine sehr leichte Reinigung der Wand. Alle Küchengeräte sind hinter Frontblenden unter der Arbeitsplatte untergebracht. Hierdurch wird die Optik der Küche an keiner Stelle durchbrochen und es sind keine unansehnlichen Elektrogeräte zu sehen. Der Einbauschrank an der Linken Seite enthält genug Stauraum für alles, was man in der Küche so braucht.

These homeowners were looking for a complete overhaul and we were delighted to help them achieve it. We worked with them as they gutted and remodeled their first floor - impressively, doing much of their own work. They had a general idea of what they were looking for so we collaborated ideas to ensure we were designing exactly what they were envisioning their dream kitchen to be. We used blackened rift cut oak on slab doors with a dull rub finish to create the stark contrast between the cabinets and white countertops, walls and tile backsplash. To add extra contrast we used frosted glass doors with aluminum frames. Special features like the 2" thick matching, floating shelves, waterfall countertop, stainless steel toekick and farm sink ensured that this kitchen was entirely unique to our clients.

Experienced renovators decided a striking contemporary kitchen design was in order for this beachfront residence. Carefully selected kitchen cabinetry materials and benchtops made the best use of the kitchen design layout while working to a tight renovation schedule and budget. Featuring Laminex Absolute Matte Black joinery, contrasting Blackbutt Veneer overheads, and a combination of stunning benchtop finishes: Concrete, Timber and Dekton's Domoos.

High contrast, simple lines and rich texture bring this small kitchen together in style. The Langlade door style by Northern Classic Cabinetry is a nice craftsman style cabinet door with a 45 degree bevel which allows for easy cleaning. The cabinets are loaded with upgrades- solid wood dovetail drawers with full extension glides and soft-close feature, a lazy bill, two tiered wood cutlery tray, double waste recycle cabinet, lazy susan, tip out sink front, deep pots and pan drawers and roll out trays. Corian Witch Hazel was used for the countertops and the window sill which also makes cleaning and maintenance a breeze. The beauty of using Corian is the seamlessness- the integral kitchen sink is seamless- no gunk building up around any edges. The small peninsula offers seating for 2- perfect for breakfast. This project is best described in one word: Fun – Oh wait, and bold! This homes mid-century modern construction style was inspiration that married nicely to our clients request to also have a home with a glamorous and lux vibe. We have a long history of working together and the couple was very open to concepts but she had one request: she loved blue, in any and all forms, and wanted it to be used liberally throughout the house. This new-to-them home was an original 1966 ranch in the Calvert area of Lincoln, Nebraska and was begging for a new and more open floor plan to accommodate large family gatherings. The house had been so loved at one time but was tired and showing her age and an allover change in lighting, flooring, moldings as well as development of a new and more open floor plan, lighting and furniture and space planning were on our agenda. This album is a progression room to room of the house and the changes we made. We hope you enjoy it! This was such a fun and rewarding project and In the end, our Musician husband and glamorous wife had their forever dream home nestled in the heart of the city.
