In our world of kitchen design, it’s lovely to see all the varieties of styles come to life. From traditional to modern, and everything in between, we love to design a broad spectrum. Here, we present a two-tone modern kitchen that has used materials in a fresh and eye-catching way. With a mix of finishes, it blends perfectly together to create a space that flows and is the pulsating heart of the home. With the main cooking island and gorgeous prep wall, the cook has plenty of space to work. The second island is perfect for seating – the three materials interacting seamlessly, we have the main white material covering the cabinets, a short grey table for the kids, and a taller walnut top for adults to sit and stand while sipping some wine! I mean, who wouldn’t want to spend time in this kitchen?! Cabinetry With a tuxedo trend look, we used Cabico Elmwood New Haven door style, walnut vertical grain in a natural matte finish. The white cabinets over the sink are the Ventura MDF door in a White Diamond Gloss finish. Countertops The white counters on the perimeter and on both islands are from Caesarstone in a Frosty Carrina finish, and the added bar on the second countertop is a custom walnut top (made by the homeowner!) with a shorter seated table made from Caesarstone’s Raw Concrete. Backsplash The stone is from Marble Systems from the Mod Glam Collection, Blocks – Glacier honed, in Snow White polished finish, and added Brass. Fixtures A Blanco Precis Silgranit Cascade Super Single Bowl Kitchen Sink in White works perfect with the counters. A Waterstone transitional pulldown faucet in New Bronze is complemented by matching water dispenser, soap dispenser, and air switch. The cabinet hardware is from Emtek – their Trinity pulls in brass. Appliances The cooktop, oven, steam oven and dishwasher are all from Miele. The dishwashers are paneled with cabinetry material (left/right of the sink) and integrate seamlessly Refrigerator and Freezer columns are from SubZero and we kept the stainless look to break up the walnut some. The microwave is a counter sitting Panasonic with a custom wood trim (made by Cabico) and the vent hood is from Zephyr.

At first glance this rustic kitchen looks so authentic, one would think it was constructed 100 years ago. Situated in the Rocky Mountains, this second home is the gathering place for family ski vacations and is the definition of luxury among the beautiful yet rough terrain. A hand-forged hood boldly stands in the middle of the room, commanding attention even through the sturdy log beams both above and to the sides of the work/gathering space. This SieMatic by Rencraft kitchen was designed for a stunning, new-build property set in the heart of the East Sussex countryside. The open-plan kitchen features handless SieMatic S2 cabinetry in Graphite, while the two-tone worktops blend marble-effect Quartz alongside raised areas of Rugged Concrete, adding both texture and interest. Discreet storage is paramount, but balanced with the desire to keep things neatly stowed away this kitchen also highlights a growing trend amongst clients to proudly display a few carefully chosen items within their home. The black metallic SieMatic storage cage provides an area to do just that, while also fitting perfectly with the industrial feel of the room as a whole. Appliances from Miele, Fisher & Paykel and BORA ensure the space is as practical as it is stylish, cumlinating in a finished design that oozes style and sophistication.

This cabinet refacing project includes classic Shaker style doors in Colonial Blue. Counter-tops are white marble. The backsplash is a combination of purple, gray and white glass subway tiles. The mix of color and styles creates an eclectic design that is fresh and fun! www.kitchenmagic.com

Versatility and convenience with a practical, energy saving dish drying station, allows washed dishes to drain directly into the Blanco Super Single 9" bowl sink below and Blanco Pull-out Dual 1.8 Satin Nickel Faucet. Dish drying station comes with a removable stainless steel base if you do not want it to drain into the sink. This is what happens when Chefs and Designers collaborate.

This large Contemporary bespoke luxury kitchen oozes sophistication whilst being highly functional with European appliances, and encompasses a large butler’s pantry with ample storage and bench space. Features 2pac cabinetry with Quantum Quartz Alpine White stone in the work bench areas with Quantum Quartz Calcutta Quartz stone in the splash-back and island bench top & waterfall gables with mirrored panel in the island bench. This kitchen optimises storage both in the main kitchen cabinetry with large drawers with Blum hardware and the Butler's pantry.

Artichoke undertook a series of bespoke pieces for the owner of this London town house, including this sleek contemporary bespoke kitchen. The exterior surfaces of the furniture were made from oak; the grain was raked out to create a highly tactile surface. The island exterior was hand-polished lacquer. The worktop stone was made up of bevelled sections so that when assembled it took on the appearance of a much larger piece of stone. Primary materials: Hand-raked American oak, pigmented lacquer, Everest stone.
