Tournant le dos à la terrasse malgré la porte-fenêtre qui y menait, l’agencement de la cuisine de ce bel appartement marseillais ne convenait plus aux propriétaires. La porte-fenêtre a été déplacée de façon à se retrouver au centre de la façade. Une fenêtre simple l’a remplacée, ce qui a permis d’installer l’évier devant et de profiter ainsi de la vue sur la terrasse.. Dissimulés derrière un habillage en plaqué chêne, le frigo et les rangements ont été rassemblés sur le mur opposé. C’est le contraste entre le papier peint à motifs et la brillance des zelliges qui apporte couleurs et fantaisie à cette cuisine devenue bien plus fonctionnelle pour une grande famille !. Part of a multi-room project consisting of: kitchen, utility, media furniture, entrance hall and master bedroom furniture, situated within a modern renovation of a traditional stone built lodge on the outskirts of county Durham. the clean lines of our contemporary linear range of furniture -finished in pale grey and anthracite, provide a minimalist feel while contrasting elements emulating reclaimed oak add a touch of warmth and a subtle nod to the property’s rural surroundings.

It was my pleasure to design this space for my clients who wanted to extend their basement kitchen and create a calming haven for both relaxation and entertainment. The brief was to create an uncluttered space with clean lines, soft colours and a connection to nature. We designed the custom made Maple kitchen to provide ample storage, keeping the surfaces free and the space feeling light, airy and open. The adjoining dining space was designed with custom joinery incorporating a bar and hidden TV behind sliding artwork. The final result is a beautiful example of exquisite craftsmanship and considered design.

Bulthaup cabinets Miele appliances Designed to embrace an extensive and unique art collection including sculpture, paintings, tapestry, and cultural antiquities, this modernist home located in north Scottsdale’s Estancia is the quintessential gallery home for the spectacular collection within. The primary roof form, “the wing” as the owner enjoys referring to it, opens the home vertically to a view of adjacent Pinnacle peak and changes the aperture to horizontal for the opposing view to the golf course. Deep overhangs and fenestration recesses give the home protection from the elements and provide supporting shade and shadow for what proves to be a desert sculpture. The restrained palette allows the architecture to express itself while permitting each object in the home to make its own place. The home, while certainly modern, expresses both elegance and warmth in its material selections including canterra stone, chopped sandstone, copper, and stucco. In the large, open kitchen, an 18-foot wood grain laminate feature wall seamlessly integrates appliances in a T-formation. Two kitchen islands are crafted in the contrasting countertop material, one with a wraparound white and gray quartz countertop that matches the backsplash. The second kitchen island has a white quartz surface.
