This whole house remodel integrated the kitchen with the dining room, entertainment center, living room and a walk in pantry. We remodeled a guest bathroom, and added a drop zone in the front hallway dining.

il Soggiorno si trova in una villa moderna costruita nel 2019. Gli ampi spaziosi aperti sembrano quasi sempre costosi. Ma è molto sbagliato seguire lo stile senza tener conto dei suoi dettagli importanti. Ci sono alcune preoccupazioni nel rendere gli spazi minimalisti ostentatamente vuoti, come i magazzini di costosi mobili minimalisti, o costringere il cliente a camminare per chilometri preparando la colazione o rinunciando a comodi gadget quotidiani. Un grande spazio con un minimo di mobili non significa automaticamente uno stile minimalista. Qual è lo stile del minimalismo? 1. La composizione e la forma diventano le principali. 2. Il numero di sfumature di colori sta diminuendo. Questi colori non sono necessariamente freddi. 3. I componenti principali dell'interno o dell'edificio (finestre, porte, scale) sono privi di dettagli e hanno contorni uniformi e chiari. Sono nascosti o loro meccanismi non sono visibili. 4. Gli articoli per la casa possono essere numerosi, ma trovano il loro posto in armadi nascosti e sistemi di di stoccaggio. 5. Le attrezzature e i sistemi di supporto vitale della casa sono integrati nella composizione degli interni. 6. L'ergonomia è calcolata al millimetro, l'attrezzatura è moderna e non richiede il più possibile frequenti interventi per la sua manutenzione. 7. Il minimalismo moderno tende ai materiali naturali e alla compatibilità ambientale, combinati con le alte tecnologie che proteggono la natura. 8. Per enfatizzare lo stile vengono utilizzati grandi dettagli che contrastano con l'interno generale, ma si adattano perfettamente alla composizione.

This contemporary, eclectic kitchen remodel includes, a Calacutta Quartz for the countertops from Daltile, the edge detail is square on all countertops and the sink is a slate quartz sink. The backsplash is from Daltile as well, it is called Nickel Blend Fortress Mosaic, the trim is a stainless schluter and the grout used was a pro fusion grout in the color Moonshadow. The owner decided to keep their existing floor it gives the kitchen a warm traditional feel.

This home was worn out from family life and lacked the natural lighting the homeowners had desired for years. Removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room let the light pour in, and transformed the kitchen into an entertaining delight with seating/dining spaces at both ends. The breeze colored island stone backsplash tile (Pental Surfaces) is low maintenance and long-wearing, and pairs perfectly against the stained cherry contemporary cabinetry (Decor Cabinets). Quartz countertops were installed on the surround (Caesarstone) and island (a charcoal color with a suede finish was selected for the island to cut down on glare - Siletsone by Cosentino). Chilewich woven fabric applied to the back of the island adds durability and interest to a high-traffic area. The elevated, locally sourced Madrone bar (Sustainable NW Woods) at the end of the island—under a stunning "ribbon" pendant (Elan Lighting)—is a perfect spot to sip Sauvignon.

Beautifully transformed kitchen adding seating space and expansive island. Tucked into the island is a wine refrigerator and plenty of storage. Floor to ceiling walnut custom cabinetry with sleek, modern appliances. One of the striking things is the glass tile from the counter top all the way to the ceiling. It was an amazing transformation that made this kitchen space so much more usable.

A retired teacher and grandmother, our client raised her family in this Valley view home. With amazing potential for an enhanced territorial view, this project had been on our client’s mind for quite some time. She was very particular in selecting us as her design and build team. With deep roots in her community, it was important to her that she works with a local community-based team to design a new space, while respecting its roots and craftsmanship, that her late husband had helped build.

Custom kitchen design featuring a mix of flat panel cabinetry in a dark stained oak and SW Origami white paint. The countertops are a honed quartz meant to resemble concrete, while the backsplash is a slab of natural quartzite with a polished finish. A locally crafted custom dining table is made from oak and stained a bit lighter than the cabinetry, but darker than the plain sawn oak floors. The artwork was sourced locally through Haen Gallery in Asheville. A pendant from Hubbardton Forge hangs over the dining table.

The renovated kitchen features a new open floor plan, custom made shaker cabinets, Vadara Bianco Molasa quartz countertops and blacksplash, professional wolf appliances, a stainless steel farmhouse sink and Jeffrey Alexander Royce pulls in brushed pewter. The upper cabinets include glass doors and LED under lights with extra storage space for fine glasses and china.
