The main challenge was to outfit this space with all the appliances the owner needed plus an eleven-foot-wide masonry hearth for cooking large pieces of meat, etc. and being able to vent it properly.

This beautiful remodel by Lentz Kitchen & Bath was designed using KraftMaid Vantage Avery Evercore in Lagoon Blue. Countertops are Mont Quartz Amorino. Floors are Shaw Bianco luxury vinyl planking. Faucet is Kohler's Tourant in polished chrome. We added a wonderful window seat for homeowner to enjoy reading on a quiet afternoon, and wall mounted TV that can be viewed from every angle while preparing a meal or entertaining in the homeowners new living space.

SKP Design has completed a frame up renovation of a 1956 Spartan Imperial Mansion. We combined historic elements, modern elements and industrial touches to reimagine this vintage camper which is now the showroom for our new line of business called Ready To Roll. http://www.skpdesign.com/spartan-imperial-mansion You'll see a spectrum of materials, from high end Lumicor translucent door panels to curtains from Walmart. We invested in commercial LVT wood plank flooring which needs to perform and last 20+ years but saved on decor items that we might want to change in a few years. Other materials include a corrugated galvanized ceiling, stained wall paneling, and a contemporary spacious IKEA kitchen. Vintage finds include an orange chenille bedspread from the Netherlands, an antique typewriter cart from Katydid's in South Haven, a 1950's Westinghouse refrigerator and the original Spartan serial number tag displayed on the wall inside. La beauté du bleu qui donne du caractère à cette réalisation. Le choix du sol est également là pour déposer un tapis à cet ensemble qui du coup reste très chalereux !

Cabinet refacing may have saved the day. This large kitchen was already super functional with solid wood cabinets, a pantry and even a display credenza. Its most times you inherit a kitchen that doesn't suit your modern style. Cabinet refacing allowed for a completely transformed style and color. In this case, Colonial Blue in classic shaker style. Choosing to keep with a cool palette, gray and white countertops in quartz. The color is Everest, you don't get 'cooler' than that. Sheik satin nickel handles and a gradient backsplash that blends the whole space together.

Rénovation d'un maison 1930 | 120m2 | Lille (projet livré partiellement / fin des travaux prévu pour Octobre 2021) C'est une atmosphère à la fois douce et élégante qui résulte de la réhabilitation de cette maison familiale. Au RDC, l'amputation d'un couloir de 12 mètres et le déplacement des toilettes qui empiétaient sur le séjour ont suffi pour agrandir nettement l'espace de vie et à tirer parti de certaines surfaces jusqu'alors inexploitées. La cuisine, qui était excentrée dans une étroite annexe au fond de la maison, a regagné son statut de point névralgique dans l'axe de la salle à manger et du salon. Aux étages supérieurs, le 1er niveau n'a nécessité que d'un simple rafraîchissement tandis que le dernier niveau a été compartimenté pour accueillir une chambre parentale avec dressing, salle de bain et espace de couchage. Pour préserver le charme des lieux, tous les attributs caractéristiques de ce type de maison - cheminées, moulures, parquet… - ont été conservés et valorisés. une dominante de bleu associée à de subtils roses imprègne les différents espaces qui se veulent à la fois harmonieux et reposants. Des touches de cuivre, de laiton et de marbre, présent dans les accessoires, agrémentent la palette de texture. Les carrelages à l'ancienne et les motifs floraux disséminés dans la maison à travers la tapisserie ou les textiles insufflent une note poétique dans un esprit rétro.
