In this Tschida Construction project we did not one, but TWO two-story additions. The other phase was the butler's pantry, laundry room, mudroom, and massive storage closet. This second addition off of the previous kitchen double the kitchen's footprint, added an extremely large dining area, and a new deck that has an awesome indoor/outdoor window connection. Another cool feature is the double dishwashers anchored by a beautiful farmhouse ceramic sink. A under cabinet beverage fridge, huge windows overlooking the wetlands, and statement backsplash also make this space functional and unique. We also continued the lvp throughout the main level, refinished their fireplace built in wall and got all new furnishings. Talk about a transformation!

This is a two tone shaker style Kitchen with Hartforth Blue base units and Shadow White Tall units. This project required us to take down a wall making the kitchen a bigger open plan family room. This project has great detail from the Silestone worktop, combination of different handles, tongue and groove end panels and custom oak shelves.

This contemporary kitchen features shaker natural maple cabinets and a charcoal gray large eat at island. Flanking the induction cooktop are maple cabinets with inset charcoal doors and seeded glass panels.

Central Park kitchen upgraded with a more functional layout customized to suite family's needs. Eat at island added and floor to ceiling pantry cabinets for tons of storage. Opened up kitchen to adjacent living space to keep the family connected.

This small condo at the lake required some creative thinking- the kitchen is compact with minimal lines but lots of storage and plenty of counter space.

Every space presents it’s own unique set of challenges often created by structural elements. Our recently completed project within a room once containing a chimney breast, also consisted of; 3 windows, 2 doorways and staircase bulkhead, providing little opportunity for above eye-level cabinetry. The resulting design focuses on maximising storage at it’s most accessible height, using a combination of pullout mechanisms and full extension drawer systems with dividing inserts to fully optimise the low-level cabinetry. Our bespoke beaded Shaker furniture finished in Little Green French Grey provides a fresh modern feel to this beautiful late-19th Century property in Gosforth...

Our Lone Mountain project in Peoria was in need of an update. The home had a traditional separated kitchen and dining room which our client didn’t like – they wanted an open concept. When picking the cabinet finish, our client was look for something different than an all white kitchen. They wanted something with an impact. So, we settled on a deep blue poplar stain. To pull in an accent color, we used a warm brown stain for the floating shelves and buffet cabinets near the dining room. We also tied this in on the drywall hood. To add a pop of color, we used a fun patterned tile for the backsplash to tie everything together. Our client put in a special request for something he just had to have – a beer tap! This was a first for us, but we were happy to accommodate. Lastly, we replaced the flooring throughout the house to a luxury vinyl that is sure to withstand the wear and tear of kids and pets. Our Lone Mountain project had a huge transformation and feels like and entirely different home! Taking down the wall made a big difference and allowed us to expand the kitchen into a larger, more functional space.
