The client loves the Lazy Susan. She says it stores so much more than she thought possible. The Corner Carousel allows you to make the most of the corner space in your kitchen cabinets. It provides easy access to items that would otherwise be difficult to reach, and maximizes storage space by utilizing the entire corner area. The rotating shelves of the Carousel provide easy access to all items stored in the cabinet and therefore is enhancing the overall functionality of the kitchen.

Split Level 1970 home of a young and active family of four. The main public spaces in this home were remodeled to create a fresh, clean look. The Jack + Mare demo'd the kitchen and dining room down to studs and removed the wall between the kitchen/dining and living room to create an open concept space with a clean and fresh new kitchen and dining with ample storage. Now the family can all be together and enjoy one another's company even if mom or dad is busy in the kitchen prepping the next meal. The custom white cabinets and the blue accent island (and walls) really give a nice clean and fun feel to the space. The island has a gorgeous local solid slab of wood on top. A local artisan salvaged and milled up the big leaf maple for this project. In fact, the tree was from the University of Portland's campus located right where the client once rode the bus to school when she was a child. So it's an extra special custom piece! (fun fact: there is a bullet lodged in the wood that is visible...we estimate it was shot into the tree 30-35 years ago!) The 'public' spaces were given a brand new waterproof luxury vinyl wide plank tile. The tile on the backsplash is 3x6 Anatolia Marlow with Tide Glossy finish. Also installed is an Elkay Crosstown Stainless Steel single bowl sink with colander, cutting board, drying rack and drain and a Moen Align pullout faucet in Matte Black finish. The flooring is Adura Rigid Sausalito LVT 6x48 plant in Bay Breeze for the kitchen and entry step.

The old, outdated kitchen in this large Kellyville home was not at all practical for everyday use and in need of a complete re-design. Previously a U-shape with a granite-look laminate benchtop at 3 different angles and a separate walk in pantry, it left only enough room for a small fridge. Besides only 1 set of narrow drawers there were only cabinets which made accessing contents difficult. Since the owners had no desire to move anytime soon, they decided to invest in a beautiful new kitchen with lots of drawers, plenty of bench space and an island to provide extra seating. The new kitchen also wraps around an awkward structural wall to the left of the kitchen, which created a really useful coffee station area. Classic colours and materials were chosen for their timeless appeal and longevity.

Esteem removed three existing internal walls to create this large open plan kitchen/dining/living space. We laid all-new hybrid flooring and installed a much larger kitchen for this family.

This family home belongs to a wonderful family with 2 children and a dog. The original kitchen was very angular and separate from the dining and living spaces while open to an area that was used as a kids play space. By taking away the angles and opening up the kitchen to the dining area we created an open-plan kitchen dining living area with easy access to the exterior. We used Arctic White Gloss Melamine for the under bench and tall cupboards and Supreme Oak Puregrain Melamine for the overhead cupboards. The Oak adds warmth and appeal The White Ice Engineered Stone was used on the Benchtop as well as Splashback. It is crisp without being pure white and adds subtle interest. The layout allows for a zone for coffee making, cooking and preparation as well as cleaning. This was of great importance to the clients, as when family are visiting they all cook together.

The scullery has a tall pantry with 3 drawers and then long expanses of bench and open shelving for storage.
