L'objectif principal de ce projet était de transformer ce 2 pièces en 3 pièces, pour créer une chambre d'enfant. Dans la nouvelle chambre parentale, plus petite, nous avons créé un dressing et un module de rangements sur mesure pour optimiser l'espace. L'espace nuit est délimité par un mur coloré @argilepeinture qui accentue l'ambiance cosy de la chambre. Dans la chambre d'enfant, le parquet en chêne massif @laparquetterienouvelle apporte de la chaleur à cette pièce aux tons clairs. La nouvelle cuisine, tendance et graphique, s'ouvre désormais sur le séjour. Cette grande pièce de vie conviviale accueille un coin bureau et des rangements sur mesure pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients. Quant à la salle d'eau, nous avons choisi des matériaux clairs pour apporter de la lumière à cet espace sans fenêtres. Le résultat : un appartement haussmanien et dans l'air du temps où il fait bon vivre !

The new kitchen area with wide views over the garden. The client had the island side on to the rear dining table, so the island could have a sink OR hob on it. Client opted for the sink on this occasion.

Custom millwork (in contemporary white with brushed chrome handles) designed with full-height cabinets with upper shelves back-lit for warm night-time visual. Extra bonus storage and reduced dusting: always a winning combo. Easy-access spice kitchen includes all the features today’s savvy buyers expect from their cooking space: full-sized range with induction* cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, and 36-inch* sink that’s deep enough to effortlessly handle the biggest spaghetti/corn pots. Un appartement typiquement haussmannien dans lequel les pièces ont été redistribuées et rénovées pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients. Une palette de couleurs douces et complémentaires a été soigneusement sélectionnée pour apporter du caractère à l'ensemble. On aime l'entrée en total look rose ! Dans la nouvelle cuisine, nous avons opté pour des façades Amandier grisé de Plum kitchen. Fonctionnelle et esthétique, la salle de bain aux couleurs chaudes Argile Peinture accueille une double vasque et une baignoire rétro. Résultat : un appartement dans l'air du temps qui révèle le charme de l'ancien.

This home remodel was all about creating a modern oasis for easy entertaining and family life while accentuating the existing architecture of the home. It was critical to harmonize the kitchen with the remainder of the home and we achieved that by bringing a fresh and clean palette throughout the entry, living and kitchen areas. Every aspect of this design was thoughtfully curated in the best interest of the structure of the home and the desires of our clients. We highlighted the negative wall space by adding a textured three dimensional tile to the entire back wall. To balance, we added an asymmetric lower bank of storage with open pockets for easy access. We blended a fine linen veneer that provides a soft contrast to the back wall cabinets and the island. For additional visual interest we added a grey wood veneer to complete the remainder of the space. To continue the theme of harmony we needed to open up the divider wall between the living and kitchen, without removing it- as it was a critical structural shear wall. To problem solve, we mirrored the vaulted architecture of the kitchen in the opening to add consistency throughout the space. The result: A crisp and contemporary aesthetic guests are sure to be WOW’d by.
