Rénover une ancienne longère, c’est le rêve de nombreux français. Nous avons réalisé celui de M. & Mme S en intégrant dans ce grand espace une superbe cuisine blanche & bois. L’électricité et la plomberie ont été modifiées avant l’installation des meubles, au millimètre près, autour des poutres, du pilier et de la chaudière. Les finitions sont impeccables. La lumière naturelle se reflète dans le travertin au sol qui illumine toute la pièce. Chaque espace de rangement semble quasiment invisible grâce aux poignées fines et discrètes intégrées sur les meubles bas. La nouvelle cuisine de M. & Mme S est épurée, lumineuse et fonctionnelle. Cette magnifique villa dans le centre d'Antibes est resté longtemps dans son jus et a effrayé plus d'un au vue de l'importance des travaux mais comment ne pas tombé sous son charme quand on découvre à l'intérieur le bow-window avec vue sur la mer et tout ce potentiel ? Les futurs propriétaires sont tout de suite tombés sous le charme et on fait appel à nos services pour revoir la répartition des espaces de vie, créer de nouvelles pièces ainsi qu'un bel escalier suspendu sans oublié sa mise en beauté. Après plusieurs mois de travaux, voici le AVANT/APRES de la villa et quelques vues 3D qui ont permis à nos clients de mieux se projeter dans cette aventure.

Our client had been living in her beautiful lakeside retreat for about 3 years. All around were stunning views of the lake and mountains, but the view from inside was minimal. It felt dark and closed off from the gorgeous waterfront mere feet away. She desired a bigger kitchen, natural light, and a contemporary look. Referred to JRP by a subcontractor our client walked into the showroom one day, took one look at the modern kitchen in our design center, and was inspired! After talking about the frustrations of dark spaces and limitations when entertaining groups of friends, the homeowner and the JRP design team emerged with a new vision. Two walls between the living room and kitchen would be eliminated and structural revisions were needed for a common wall shared a wall with a neighbor. With the wall removals and the addition of multiple slider doors, the main level now has an open layout. Everything in the home went from dark to luminous as sunlight could now bounce off white walls to illuminate both spaces. Our aim was to create a beautiful modern kitchen which fused the necessities of a functional space with the elegant form of the contemporary aesthetic. The kitchen playfully mixes frameless white upper with horizontal grain oak lower cabinets and a fun diagonal white tile backsplash. Gorgeous grey Cambria quartz with white veining meets them both in the middle. The large island with integrated barstool area makes it functional and a great entertaining space. The master bedroom received a mini facelift as well. White never fails to give your bedroom a timeless look. The beautiful, bright marble shower shows what's possible when mixing tile shape, size, and color. The marble mosaic tiles in the shower pan are especially bold paired with black matte plumbing fixtures and gives the shower a striking visual. New remodeled L- Shape kitchen with Espresso Maple color cabinets. A large white floor complimented by a tall white ceiling along with dark wood finish makes this kitchen bright as well as comfortable.

This kitchen was very 1980s and the homeowners were ready for a change. As amateur chefs, they had a lot of requests and appliances to accommodate but we were up for the challenge. Taking the kitchen back down to the studs, we began to open up their kitchen while providing them plenty of storage to conceal their bulk storage and many small appliances. Replacing their existing refrigerator with a panel-ready column refrigerator and freezer, helped keep the sleek look of the cabinets without being disrupted by appliances. The vacuum sealer drawer is an integrated part as well, hidden by the matching cabinet drawer front. Even the beverage cooler has a door that matches the cabinetry of the island. The stainless, professional-grade gas range stands out amongst the white cabinets and its brass touches match the cabinet hardware, faucet, pot-filler, and veining through the quartzite. The show-stopper of this kitchen is this amazing book-matched quartzite with its deep blues and brass veining and this incredible sink that was created out of it as well, to continue the continuity of this kitchen. The enormous island is covered with the same stone but with the dark wood, it provides a dramatic flair. The mercury glass pendants, do not distract but complete the look. The original house was very dark as all the walls were dark wood. To fill the space with light, the ceiling was painted to white and walls were finished with painted gypboard. The island allows for an incredible open cooking and living space with views to the ocean.
