White wall and base cabinets wrap around the room nicely creating ample amounts of storage. The previous wall separating the dining room from the kitchen now hosts a large countertop space that introduces a sit-down area for two stools. Glossy white tiles are used as the backsplash that create a nice flow between the cabinets and quartz countertop.

The homeowner knew exactly how she wanted to organize her kitchen tools. A knife drawer was specially made to fit her collection of knives. The open shelving on the range side serves as easy access to her cookware as well as a garbage pullout. We were able to relocate and center the range and copper range hood made by Vogler Metalworks by removing a center island and replacing it with a honed black granite countertop peninsula. The subway tile backsplash on the sink wall is taken up to the soffit with the exception of dark bull nose used to frame the wall sconce made by Vaughn. The kitchen also serves as an informal entryway from the lake and exterior brick patio so the homeowners were desperate to have a way to keep shoes from being scattered on the floor. We took an awkward corner and fitted it with custom built cabinetry that housed not only the family's shoes but kitty litter, dog leashes, car keys, sun hats, and lotions.

This kitchen is a perfect mix of vintage & modern. Homeowners, Arthur and Karen M, already had the vintage stove and they wanted “to modernize the kitchen without making the stove look completely out of place.” Karen thought the farm sink and reclaimed wood shelves would help. She knew she wanted grey granite counters with white cabinetry and an additional oven since the one in the vintage stove is tiny. Our designer took this kitchen from dark and dated to new and bright, showcasing the beauty of the vintage piece. Full renovation and refurbishment of a stunning modern three bedroom, two bathroom town house in Central London. The brief was to provide a refreshed modern space in a traditional building making full use of space and creating a natural and ambient flow to the property. A neutral colour palette and wooden floors were complemented with unique feature walls, modern vintage finishings with bright and sleek kitchen and bathrooms.

The kitchen was designed around the White Ice granite. It is a granite that is a little more common, but Aria found this beautiful specimen, boasting full of fields of white with soft wafts of baby blue throughout. This stone paired beautifully with custom medium toned wooden cabinetry that lined the walls from floor to ceiling.

This spacious kitchen has plenty of storage options with cabinets and drawers. This makes it possible to keep the granite counter tops from being cluttered. Sunlight streams in through the window which made a window treatment necessary. The blackout Roman shade color was chosen to compliment the glazing detail on the cabinets.
