This renovation involved expanding the kitchen space into an adjacent office area, creating a side entry, new kitchen layout that worked well for two cooks, professional grade appliances, oversized island with seating on two sides, eat-in area, sitting area and furniture look cabinets with both stained and painted finishes. We enlarged an existing window by creating a boxed bay at the relocated sink and designed a continuous quartzite counter which serves as planting ledge for herbs and flowers. Some of the appliances were integrated into the cabinetry with panels, while others were designed as impact pieces. Custom designed cabinets include a large mantel style chimney hood with vent insert, furniture grade hutch with leaded glass doors, contrasting stained island with seating on two sides, bar with wine refrigerator and deep drawers, and a galley style butler's pantry which provides secondary prep space and ample storage. Details such as shaped cabinet feet, upper glass front cabinets, pull-out trash drawer, spice columns and hidden drawers and storage make this newly designed kitchen space feel luxurious and function perfectly. Traditional materials and forms meld seamlessly with industrial accents and modern amenities. Mixed metals are used in a balanced and dynamic way with warm gold tone cabinet hardware, stainless steel and chrome all working in harmony. Une cuisine installée suite à une rénovation dans une maison de maitre style Art déco à Marseille. Les clients souhaitaient conservé l'esprit de la maison avec une cuisine offrant les rangements modernes et un look plus ancien en accord avec la maison. Ici le sol en granito typique des années 20 a été conservé les plafaond sont très hauts avec une hauteur de 350cm.

This was a total remodel that we completed in Walnut Bend. The kitchen featured new custom 42" cabinets, SS appliances, a completely open layout, subway tile backsplash, and an Ikea Domsjo apron front sink.

Our Indianapolis studio designed this new construction home for empty nesters. We completed the interior and exterior design for the 4,500 sq ft home. Glacier White Shaker Cabinetry with brushed nickel hardware, white quartz perimeter countertops, and an elongated grey ceramic tile in an offset pattern sets the stage for the open design floor plan. A grey Herringbone pattern behind the cooktop adds interest to the overall design. Black quartz countertops on the Kitchen Island and dark hardwood floors give contrast to the lighter cabinetry finish and white quartz countertop on the perimeter cabinetry. Pantry cabinetry with additional countertop space provides plenty of storage space and an extra work area.

The Deistel’s had an ultimatum: either completely renovate their home exactly the way they wanted it and stay forever – or move. Like most homes built in that era, the kitchen was semi-dysfunctional. The pantry and appliance placement were inconvenient. The layout of the rooms was not comfortable and did not fit their lifestyle. Before making a decision about moving, they called Amos at ALL Renovation & Design to create a remodeling plan. Amos guided them through two basic questions: “What would their ideal home look like?” And then: “What would it take to make it happen?” To help with the first question, Amos brought in Ambience by Adair as the interior designer for the project. Amos and Adair presented a design that, if acted upon, would transform their entire first floor into their dream space. The plan included a completely new kitchen with an efficient layout. The style of the dining room would change to match the décor of antique family heirlooms which they hoped to finally enjoy. Elegant crown molding would give the office a face-lift. And to cut down cost, they would keep the existing hardwood floors. Amos and Adair presented a clear picture of what it would take to transform the space into a comfortable, functional living area, within the Deistel’s reasonable budget. That way, they could make an informed decision about investing in their current property versus moving. The Deistel’s decided to move ahead with the remodel. The ALL Renovation & Design team got right to work. Gutting the kitchen came first. Then came new painted maple cabinets with glazed cove panels, complemented by the new Arley Bliss Element glass tile backsplash. Armstrong Alterna Mesa engineered stone tiles transformed the kitchen floor. The carpenters creatively painted and trimmed the wainscoting in the dining room to give a flat-panel appearance, matching the style of the heirloom furniture. The end result is a beautiful living space, with a cohesive scheme, that is both restful and practical.
