A dream home in every aspect, we resurfaced the pool and patio and focused on the indoor/outdoor living that makes Palm Beach luxury homes so desirable. This gorgeous 6000-square-foot waterfront estate features innovative design and luxurious details that blend seamlessly alongside comfort, warmth, and a lot of whimsy. Our clients wanted a home that catered to their gregarious lifestyle which inspired us to make some nontraditional choices. Opening a wall allowed us to install an eye-catching 360-degree bar that serves as a focal point within the open concept, delivering on the clients' desire for a home designed for fun and relaxation. The wine cellar in the entryway is as much a bold design statement as it is a high-end lifestyle feature. It now lives where an expected coat closet once resided! Next, we eliminated the dining room entirely, turning it into a pool room while still providing plenty of seating throughout the expansive first floor. Our clients’ lively personality is shown in many of the details of this complete transformation, inside and out.

This transitional-style kitchen revels in sophistication and practicality. Michigan-made luxury inset cabinetry by Bakes & Kropp Fine Cabinetry in linen establish a posh look, while also offering ample storage space. The large center island and bar hutch, in a contrasting dark stained walnut, offer space for seating and entertaining, as well as adding creative and useful features, such as walnut pull-out serving trays. Light colored quartz countertops offer sophistication, as well as practical durability. The white lotus-design backsplash from Artistic Tile lends an understated drama, creating the perfect backdrop for the Bakes & Kropp custom range hood in walnut and stainless steel. Two-toned panels conceal the refrigerator to continue the room's polished look. This kitchen is perfectly practical luxury in every way!

Although this kitchen had an abundance in square footage, the double bay windows made it a challenge to fit in a proportionate amount of cabinetry. When faced with this challenge, the designer proposed to set the main cabinetry back on the inside wall of the kitchen behind the island. Acting as a multi use space, the rear counter of the kitchen is great for meal prep, serving, and wine and spirits.

The traditional allure of this kitchen design in Tustin permeates every aspect of the space, from the dark wood beaded inset cabinetry to the Archive Design custom hood. As the hub of activity in the home, a kitchen sets the tone for your home style, and this kitchen remodel was designed to be a style icon. The deep, rich tones of the Bentwood Luxury Kitchens cabinetry include dark wood finish perimeter cabinets and a black finish island. An undercabinet wine refrigerator, wine storage area with backlit LED lighting, and custom tiles with embossed wine tags are a perfect addition for a wine connoisseur’s kitchen design. The custom bar offers a unique feature for this sociable space, including a backlit bar sink and LED lighting under the featured Grey Goose vodka bottles. The fireplace has a water feature and a custom wrought iron fireplace gate. Texture and color play a significant role in this kitchen design. The Archive Design custom hood is a hammered copper embossed metal hood and adds a stunning focal point to the design. Candle niches with hammered copper backs complement the custom hood, and the Ledger stone walls add depth to the style of the space. The wine storage includes a custom wrought iron gate that pairs perfectly with the surrounding stone and wood tones and adds a one-of-a-kind appeal to the kitchen design. Cet ancien cabinet d’avocat dans le quartier du carré d’or, laissé à l’abandon, avait besoin d’attention. Notre intervention a consisté en une réorganisation complète afin de créer un appartement familial avec un décor épuré et contemplatif qui fasse appel à tous nos sens. Nous avons souhaité mettre en valeur les éléments de l’architecture classique de l’immeuble, en y ajoutant une atmosphère minimaliste et apaisante. En très mauvais état, une rénovation lourde et structurelle a été nécessaire, comprenant la totalité du plancher, des reprises en sous-œuvre, la création de points d’eau et d’évacuations. Les espaces de vie, relèvent d’un savant jeu d’organisation permettant d’obtenir des perspectives multiples. Le grand hall d’entrée a été réduit, au profit d’un toilette singulier, hors du temps, tapissé de fleurs et d’un nez de cloison faisant office de frontière avec la grande pièce de vie. Le grand placard d’entrée comprenant la buanderie a été réalisé en bois de noyer par nos artisans menuisiers. Celle-ci a été délimitée au sol par du terrazzo blanc Carrara et de fines baguettes en laiton. La grande pièce de vie est désormais le cœur de l’appartement. Pour y arriver, nous avons dû réunir quatre pièces et un couloir pour créer un triple séjour, comprenant cuisine, salle à manger et salon. La cuisine a été organisée autour d’un grand îlot mêlant du quartzite Taj Mahal et du bois de noyer. Dans la majestueuse salle à manger, la cheminée en marbre a été effacée au profit d’un mur en arrondi et d’une fenêtre qui illumine l’espace. Côté salon a été créé une alcôve derrière le canapé pour y intégrer une bibliothèque. L’ensemble est posé sur un parquet en chêne pointe de Hongris 38° spécialement fabriqué pour cet appartement. Nos artisans staffeurs ont réalisés avec détails l’ensemble des corniches et cimaises de l’appartement, remettant en valeur l’aspect bourgeois. Un peu à l’écart, la chambre des enfants intègre un lit superposé dans l’alcôve tapissée d’une nature joueuse où les écureuils se donnent à cœur joie dans une partie de cache-cache sauvage. Pour pénétrer dans la suite parentale, il faut tout d’abord longer la douche qui se veut audacieuse avec un carrelage zellige vert bouteille et un receveur noir. De plus, le dressing en chêne cloisonne la chambre de la douche. De son côté, le bureau a pris la place de l’ancien archivage, et le vert Thé de Chine recouvrant murs et plafond, contraste avec la tapisserie feuillage pour se plonger dans cette parenthèse de douceur.
