Fu-Tung Cheng, CHENG Design • Interior Shot of Open Kitchen in Tiburon House Tiburon House is Cheng Design's eighth custom home project. The topography of the site for Bluff House was a rift cut into the hillside, which inspired the design concept of an ascent up a narrow canyon path. Two main wings comprise a “T” floor plan; the first includes a two-story family living wing with office, children’s rooms and baths, and Master bedroom suite. The second wing features the living room, media room, kitchen and dining space that open to a rewarding 180-degree panorama of the San Francisco Bay, the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, and Belvedere Island. Located on an extraordinary hillside site above the San Fernando Valley, the Sherman Residence was designed to unite indoors and outdoors. The house is made up of as a series of board-formed concrete, wood and glass pavilions connected via intersticial gallery spaces that together define a central courtyard. From each room one can see the rich and varied landscape, which includes indigenous large oaks, sycamores, “working” plants such as orange and avocado trees, palms and succulents. BESPOKE Steel cladded Kitchen in modern Industrial Style with Polished Concrete worktops and Micro-Concrete floor. This is an old Industrial factory converted to residential apartments in Chiswick, London. Our Client wanted to keep the original industrial look of the building and implement it in the apartment's design.
