Old world charm, modern styles and color with this craftsman styled kitchen. Plank parquet wood flooring is porcelain tile throughout the bar, kitchen and laundry areas. Marble mosaic behind the range. Featuring white painted cabinets with 2 islands, one island is the bar with glass cabinetry above, and hanging glasses. On the middle island, a complete large natural pine slab, with lighting pendants over both. Laundry room has a folding counter backed by painted tonque and groove planks, as well as a built in seat with storage on either side. A few years back we had the opportunity to take on this custom traditional transitional ranch style project in Auburn. This home has so many exciting traits we are excited for you to see; a large open kitchen with TWO island and custom in house lighting design, solid surfaces in kitchen and bathrooms, a media/bar room, detailed and painted interior millwork, exercise room, children's wing for their bedrooms and own garage, and a large outdoor living space with a kitchen. The design process was extensive with several different materials mixed together.

A custom-made expansive two-story home providing views of the spacious kitchen, breakfast nook, dining, great room and outdoor amenities upon entry. Luxurious modern take on a traditional white Italian villa. An entry with a silver domed ceiling, painted moldings in patterns on the walls and mosaic marble flooring create a luxe foyer. Into the formal living room, cool polished Crema Marfil marble tiles contrast with honed carved limestone fireplaces throughout the home, including the outdoor loggia. Ceilings are coffered with white painted crown moldings and beams, or planked, and the dining room has a mirrored ceiling. Bathrooms are white marble tiles and counters, with dark rich wood stains or white painted. The hallway leading into the master bedroom is designed with barrel vaulted ceilings and arched paneled wood stained doors. The master bath and vestibule floor is covered with a carpet of patterned mosaic marbles, and the interior doors to the large walk in master closets are made with leaded glass to let in the light. The master bedroom has dark walnut planked flooring, and a white painted fireplace surround with a white marble hearth. The kitchen features white marbles and white ceramic tile backsplash, white painted cabinetry and a dark stained island with carved molding legs. Next to the kitchen, the bar in the family room has terra cotta colored marble on the backsplash and counter over dark walnut cabinets.
