Designing a completely round home is challenging! Add to that, the two tubes are merely 8' wide. This requires EVERY piece of furniture to be custom built to fit the continuous rounding walls, floors and ceiling. We used every possible inch to provide storage for our clients personal belongings and household needs... sustainable for 3 years! Solid walnut wood paneling and custom built shelving was used throughout as well as tons of hidden storage... in, under and atop every possible inch of this project was locate and utilized! Backsplash above the Kitchen sink is super thinly cut mosaic tile made out of MIRROR! It's reflective, creates an illusion of space and light, It sparkles and looks AMAZING! MMM Photography

The client purchased this home but was not happy with the existing kitchen, even though it was only 5 years old. The kitchen was rather bland and layout wasn't ideal. Brief: clean, uncluttered look, new aesthetic with cooktop space, large pantry with bench. Move sink and dishwasher into the island. Solution: retain open plan look without overhead cabinets. Rose colored mirror splashback with dark joinery framing the space and long dark cylinders of the range hood reflect in the mirror for dynamic effect. Softer tone flooring installed to contrast dark joinery. The look was repeated in the bar, bbq area and entertainment unit.

James and Lauren’s ultra sleek kitchen is the perfect combination of flexibility, functionality and style. This kitchen is from our X-Line Handleless range and after much consideration; James and Lauren decided on an impressive monochrome theme. The superwhite gloss doors have been coupled with a black oak breakfast bar, wall units, and feature panels which create a beautiful contrasting frame around the stark white units. We also built the frames around the two banks of tall units to make them sit flush into the wall.

In keeping with the modern look, James and Lauren wanted to make sure the kitchen was kitted out with most up to date and innovative technology. The majority of appliances are Siemens including the induction hob which is on the centre island creating an area for sociable cooking. The ceiling extractor is by Westin and has been built into the feature ceiling box. Two wine coolers by Caple are on the island next to breakfast bar seating in a black glass finish which blends perfectly into the black oak units. They also opted for a full height fridge and freezer which is integrated either side of the oven housings.

One of the ownersof this apartment is a science fiction writer, and wanted a kitchen that harked back to the 60’s and 70’s with elements of Barbarella, the other wanted a kitchen that worked and functioned as a kitchen - but that looked more like an piece of art piece with a bar, but not a breakfast bar! The entire composition wraps around the space, with full height units curving sinuously into one corner and then flowing around the wall with the bar turning back on itself. The doors are handle-less, and the bar front uses the doors as cladding to give a scalloped detail, to tie in with the bubble tubes that support the eccentric breakfast bar. The bubble tubes have full RGB fibre optics, creating the most amazing effect, combining particularly well with the antique brown granite worktop. Black Miele appliances that would be as discrete as possiblekeep maintain the sleek Sci Fi theme along with flush fit induction pads! A Quooker boiling tap completes the look. To complete this theatrical kitchenthere is a silver leaf splashback with full RGB colour changing LED to create some really dramatic effects.
