Marble Slab Backsplash We absolutely love this top kitchen trend! Marble slab backsplash is a gorgeous way to create elegant simplicity in your kitchen. Instead of tiling, a large slab is a nice option for minimalists. We’re also seeing that the strains within the marbling is getting bolder with heavier contrasts. It’s truly a work of art!

The kitchen was transformed by removing the entire back wall, building a staircase leading to the basement below and creating a glass box over it opening it up to the back garden.The deVol kitchen has Studio Green shaker cabinets and reeded glass. The splash back is aged brass and the worktops are quartz marble and reclaimed school laboratory iroko worktop for the island. The kitchen has reclaimed pine pocket doors leading onto the breakfast room.

This custom pullout unit flanking the gas range makes having cooking utensils readily accessible, convenient, and out of sight when not in use. A must for those who love organization!

123 Remodeling crew and our in-house interior designer Jenna Rose completely renovated this large kitchen in Skokie, Illinois. Our team created a fresh and modern space to cook and gather with family and friends over a large dining table. We started with structural changes and demolished a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and dining area to create an open concept. Then we built a massive Carrera marble quartz island that is as functional as luxurious looking with a built-in wine cooler, dishwasher, and microwave. Three stylish pendant lights and a dozen of recessed can lights make the room feel larger and brighter. We opted-in for a counter-depth stainless sub-zero refrigerator and encased it with a custom-made cabinet extension. While white is traditional and the most popular color for kitchens, it's easy for such a room to look stark and cold. So our designer mixed glossy white cabinets with gray backsplash tiles and white-gray countertops. We also intermixed it with the natural oak shelves and plant decor to add warm contrasting elements. It was my pleasure to design this space for my clients who wanted to extend their basement kitchen and create a calming haven for both relaxation and entertainment. The brief was to create an uncluttered space with clean lines, soft colours and a connection to nature. We designed the custom made Maple kitchen to provide ample storage, keeping the surfaces free and the space feeling light, airy and open. The adjoining dining space was designed with custom joinery incorporating a bar and hidden TV behind sliding artwork. The final result is a beautiful example of exquisite craftsmanship and considered design.

We removed a wall that was in between the living room and the kitchen and created a beautiful flow into this beautiful new kitchen with this dramatically beautiful and functional kitchen island...

This impeccable dark grey shaker style kitchen brings a classic concept bang up to date. The hand-painted finish echoes the quality and craftsmanship that has gone into every inch of the design and build. Typical shaker style open shelving is given a contemporary twist with discreet lighting to showcase gleaming copperware. This large kitchen makes the most of its footprint by incorporating a beautiful, oversized island. A gleaming, shark tooth worktop is an eye-catching contrast to the dark grey finish. The open shelf theme is continued offering additional storage and a second sink is cleverly set into the centrepiece giving the rest of the kitchen extra space for preparation and cooking.

External Mondrian door was manufactured using low iron toughened glass, this was installed to the property and finished in a black finish to accentuate the dark tones with the interior.
