Our installers have been certified by us and the manufacturers and exceed the standard requirements in the quality of work, attention to detail, on time completions, and most important, customer satisfaction. When Bray & Scarff handles your installation we manage the total project. This means we take full responsibility for the entire job. Our installs come with a limited lifetime warranty on all labor, which allows our customer to have continued confidence in our work. This means Bray & Scarff stands behind the work of the installers we work with, Bray & Scarff Certified installers. We will handle all the plumbing and electric. We take care of all permits and inspections, and our call program will keep you informed. Your designer is always just a phone call away if you have questions or concerns. Bray & Scarff is properly insured in all three areas, with 3-way liability insurance for your protection.

TruAudio. This whole-home audio system allows for up to 8 different streams to be played to 8 different zones at the same time. Savant video distribution, which allows for up to 8 video feeds to be switched to 6 different TVs. Lutron wireless lighting control brings scene control to various rooms. Whole-home control is also by Savant, which allows users to control the home’s systems, in-home or remotely, from any mobile device including iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, or Android devices. This tropical great room's design was inspired by the villas in Bali. The vaulted ceiling is designed with reed thatch and ebony stained natural beams and rafters. The kitchen has a waterfall edge kitchen island, ebony cabinets, natural basket pendants, and cream colored tiles. The glass sliding and pocketing doors opening to the courtyard gardens are teak. The floors are a cream porcelain tile. The white sofa has modern and timeless comfort, the woven chairs speak to the tropical style throughout the home. The dining table is monkey-pod wood.

This Los Altos kitchen features cabinets from Aran Cucine’s Bijou collection in Gefilte matte glass, with upper wall cabinets in white matte glass. The massive island, with a white granite countertop fabricated by Bay StoneWorks, features large drawers with Blum Intivo custom interiors on the working side, and Stop Sol glass cabinets with an aluminum frame on the front of the island. A bronze glass tile backsplash and bronze lamps over the island add color and texture to the otherwise black and white kitchen. Appliances from Miele and a sink by TopZero complete the project.

This Los Altos kitchen features cabinets from Aran Cucine’s Bijou collection in Gefilte matte glass, with upper wall cabinets in white matte glass. The massive island, with a white granite countertop fabricated by Bay StoneWorks, features large drawers with Blum Intivo custom interiors on the working side, and Stop Sol glass cabinets with an aluminum frame on the front of the island. A bronze glass tile backsplash and bronze lamps over the island add color and texture to the otherwise black and white kitchen. Appliances from Miele and a sink by TopZero complete the project.

This design boasts it's own private bar area which features a windsor grey quartz worktop and light grey cabinets, providing a practical use of the alcove by creating a seating area, and influenced by copper lighting and accessories, while the cabinetry hides a preparation area hidden by pocket doors. A tall bank of units boxed in by stud walls to create a unique built in look. The kitchen houses Neff slide and hide eye level ovens, a wine cooler, ceiling extraction and an induction hob.
